I can’t stress enough how much I appreciate Ark Valley plumbing for their service. After 2 other quotes to dig out our whole line, Ark Valley used the process of elimination to find that it was an issue with our water softener! Kind, thorough and amazing. Affordable as well!

Absolutely amazing service. I would highly recommend Ark Valley Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their customer service and quality of work is unmatched by any other company in surrounding area.

I strongly suggest staying away from this company. There are FAR better plumbers in the area who will not rip you off, who will not belittle and talk down to you, and who will do the work RIGHT. Unless you want to pay for someone to correct the work of this plumber later on, I would find someone, anyone else. Aside from the quality of the work and attitude given, the "new" office manager is a joke and is just as rude as the plumber. Word of advice, if you truly want to show empathy and have good customer service, you shouldn't start your "apologies" my saying "We apologize if YOU feel." That's not an apology, that's being narcissist.

Arc valley plumbing surpassed all of my expectations! Their professionalism and knowledge of their industry was amazing! My sewer needed to be cleaned out. Called on Saturday knowing they were closed.Left a message and Tony came Monday morning, cleaned the sewer. On my property there is not a clean out for the sewer. He has to pull the stool and clean from there. He and his helper had every thing done and cleaned up in a timely manner.His price was very reasonable. This is the Plumbing service I have used for many years and have always been satisfied with the service and price.

When I see a couple of the negative reviews, I wonder who they are talking about! Tony and Ark Valley have been incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind and caring when my husband died, and excellent at what they do. They do their best to fit you into their schedule.

If I could give negative stars I would. If you want to be severely overcharged, given misinformation and taken advantage of then by all means give them a call. Had a plumbing issue, they came out. In about five minutes I was told the problem and told the part was around $300 and would take about 1 to 1 1/4 hours to repair. labor rate was over $100 an hour. They checked and found that they had to order the part it was over $500 dollars and would be many days in coming in. I asked numerous times if there was any alternative or cheaper remedy and was told no. I told them to order the part reluctantly and at this point trusted them Later when available I got online with my part number and found the part for $276 and would be delivered in 2 days. I ordered it and called and cancelled the order with Ark Valley. I told them what I found and how I felt ripped off. I was told the parts guys had a 20% mark up and they had there mark up also. Wow that's getting close to 100% mark up. The part arrived on time and I (no plumber at all) installed in 16 minutes start to finish - not the 1 - 11/4 hours quoted. Now I just received a bill in the mail for $100 - the service call. You decide.
