Home safe said they don't cover corrosion. And refused to complete repair. They approved the repair of a rust hole at one end of a pipe that had easy access and then refused to replace same pipe because they don't cover corrosion. I told them I would not need their service any longer. They said they will review decision and let let me know Tuesday. Wednesday I will be able to tell you that they agreed to complete repair or take advantage of your financing of repair and pay you the 65$ for work done. I don't believe I should pay 65 for work not completed. If they agree to complete job I will pay 65 on completion off job. If they won't complete job I will cancel their service. And pay 65 and pay to get pipe replaced.

I highly recommend Tried and True Plumbing! Jackson responded immediately to our urgent request for assistance. Virtual none of the plumbing in the house was functioning, everything was seriously backed up. Jackson and his master plumber Keith worked tirelessly for many hours, in very unpleasant winter weather, to finally discover the problem, which was a very bad clog in the system. Jackson was very honest and straightforward in his quotes for all the work. I would say the fees charged were very reasonable, given the complexity and difficulty of the work. Jackson also provided a detailed history of the project for my insurance company to review, and thanks his specific descriptions, I have learned that the insurance will cover a good percentage of the work. I will certainly use this company in future. Five stars to Tried and True Plumbing.

Tried and True plumbing is a great business. They strive for excellence! Maria (the General Manager) is amazing! If you have any concerns she will work with you and find a solution! She was really nice and made me feel heard. I would definitely recommend this company!

Tried and True Plumbing is top quality. We needed our gas line pressure tested. From start to finish, we got red carpet treatment. Jackson was on time for our appointment and very courteous and professional. He was so helpful in explaining everything for us and accomplishing the test perfectly. We are going to keep this company as ours go to for all our plumbing needs from now on.
