I had a basement drain that was having issues. I arranged for service through their website which was very simple and painless. They had a service tech that was available less than an hour later. Keith arrived on time, and was very professional. He knew his business and in no time had the drain opened and running smoothly. He cleaned it out and remained on site till we were sure all was working. Keith then cleaned the area and picked up. You would never had known he had been there. Very pleased with the service we received.

We’ve used Roto-Rooter for years, and they’re the first company we call for most plumbing issues. They’re thorough, always on time, and always friendly. From a major basement issue that they handled from start to finish (including dealing with our insurance company), to the most recent drain clean out (thanks Dwayne!) every experience has been great.

While I was initially a bit irritated by the cost that I was about to incur with Roto-Rooter, that was all put to rest when my plumber, Keith showed up and began work. Keith was very personable and easy to talk with. He provided an up front estimate of the charges and the work that was going to be completed just as I am sure all the guys are supposed to do. But Keith just seemed to understand me and my reservations and he found a way to ease my mind. He is a good one. IMHO, you would be warranted to give this guy a serious raise or bonus. He will be the reason I will call your company in the future!

Keith was amazing! He was incredibly kind and very easy to work with. He quickly identified the problem, discussed the cost and options without any pressure. He fixed the problem and explained to me what was going on as he did it. If I ever need anything from RotoRooter again, I will absolutely request that Keith provide the services. 10/10 stars.
