The Flow Doctor did a fantastic job replacing our broken drain line. What we thought was a simple clog turned out to be a more serious repair, and Dylan did an excellent job clearly explaining the diagnosis, the process, and all of our options. He and the crew did the work quickly, cleanly, and at a reasonable price that was well below what one of the big local companies quoted. Will use them again, highly recommend!

Dylan and Hailey from the Flow Doctor were amazing! So friendly. Did a great job of explaining the process and their plan. They listened to my issues and no only resolved them but went above and beyond to make sure I was set up for success from here-on-out! They kept the work areas super clean and left them in better shape than when they started. I plan to use them again for ANY plumbing needs, including our future kitchen remodel! 5 Stars!!

I came home from work on a Friday and realized we had a pipe burst due to cold. It was flooding our basement and the shut off valve wasn’t shutting all of the way. Dylan came to our house within 30-minutes of me calling to request an emergency service. He was able to fix the pipe and install a new shutoff to the house all in the same evening so that we would have our water working again. We cannot thank him enough for helping to make an unfortunate situation much more manageable. Amazing service that was quick and efficient when we needed it most!
