Couldn't speak in higher praise regarding the service I've received from Lutz, and more specifically the most recent work by Noah. Had a new toilet installed (and old one from '69 removed and hauled away), along with a few other added jobs. Noah was in time, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He kept me informed on progress, and was more than happy to entertain my curious mind and answer my abundance of questions. I look forward to having them back out sometime in the spring for a general inspection and to help with future needs as they arrive.

Fantastic service. Another company had recommended a repair that turns out to have been wildly unnecessary and inappropriate once the real cause of the problem was identified by Hunter. He was then able to quickly fix it and save us tons of money and time. 10/10 will use again and would highly recommend.

Blaine did a great job servicing our tankless water heater. The service has corrected our problem with the circulation pump not running (I am not sure why, but I'll take it). Blaine is very personable, polite, and has a great attitude. Nice to have that and expertise.

Hunter did exactly what we wanted. He knew what part was needed and given the shower is 26 years old, he still took the time to try and just replace it. That wasn't possible, so on to the next suggestions. He gave us straight answer, opinion, pricing and recommendations. He was able to take care of the issue in the same trip. We are happy with results.
