I contacted this company to address a slow-draining kitchen sink, but the experience was incredibly disappointing. The technician arrived with a poor attitude, complained about the sink clean-out location, and ended up breaking my pipe assembly where it connects to the floor drain. He blamed the damage on ‘poor workmanship’ by whoever installed it previously. After an hour of unsuccessfully trying to unclog the drain, he claimed the pipe was ‘loaded’ and said it would take at least two more hours of labor—at an additional hourly charge—with no guarantee of results. I was charged $139 for service that left my sink completely unusable. Another company quoted $575 to fix the damage caused, but luckily, a friend was able to drive over from Columbia to replace the broken assembly and clear the clog in under 15 minutes. I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. After posting my initial review of Reddi Services, the company reached out and offered to reimburse me if I removed the review. I complied and took it down, but the promised reimbursement never happened. I’m not sure what kind of game they’re playing, but this experience has left me very disappointed. I advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company.

I wanted to put 1 star but they showed up on time. Unfortunately that's the only thing they did correctly. We paid over $300 for them to camera and find our main sewer line. They claimed they weren't sure if we had one and they couldn't find anything because the clean outs were clogged. So Reddi said we need to get everything cleaned out and everything replaced. They basically did nothing. I asked a family friend plumber to come check out what they were talking about. He showed up with the exact same camera equipment Reddi did. He surprisingly located the sewer line and the size of drain. Reddi is out there making people fix things they don't need for their own gain. These corporate companies are trash and I'm sick of them taking advantage of people.

Thank you SO much Reddi Services! I was in a pinch when my pipe clogged and water bubbled up in my floor drains and started flooding my basement. But Reddi Services came out the same day and Zach and Matthew worked to unclog my pipe running to the septic tank. They explained what they were doing and why. It took a while, but they kept at it! Finally, the water started flowing through the pipe. I was very relieved and I am extremely grateful!

Damion and Jamie were some of the most professional people we've had work on our home. They went above and beyond making sure we understood our plumbing issues and the steps they were taking to remedy. We will continue to use Reddi services for all our needs going forward, not just emergencies. Great guys working for a great company. Price was very reasonable.
