Negative: Terrible customer service (argumentative phone staff), slow response/unavailable for new builds.

I have never experienced such awful customer service in my life! I did not use this plumber by choice, it was my builders contractor and I can assure you will NEVER choose to use them or suggest someone use them EVER. The gal that answers the phone just wants to argue with people and has no desire to retain/gain any business. Look else where if you are looking for a reputable plumbing company.
