I had Adam and Justin at my home. Had a leak related to my washer drain. It was snaked one morning. I came home from work did a load of laundry and it was still leaking. They came back the next morning and had to do some plumbing rework. I was charged 2 service calls and that would be the only reason I did not give 5 stars. My thought? It was alllll the same issue. I could same more however in speaking with the office 50% was knocked off and I paid in full. I did not feel I should be charged for a second service call re: same issue. I will end in positivity: Adam and Justin were a great crew. They cleaned up after themselves. Were respectful. Also, resolved a shower plumbing issue for me 2 days later, at my request. Loved the result of their shower work!!!! I was referred by a friend to use Brand Plumbing. Would I use them again? Sure! They were prompt, on time, easy to schedule with my crazy work hours....I would definitely recommend.

This is by far the best plumbing company to use here in Wichita. They are booked up for a reason: they do a great job for a great price. They took the initiative to keep in touch with me on availability because I had a slighty urgent problem and we were able to have service way sooner than expected. They truly work for you!

We had to have them come out for two separate issues in a short span of time. Each time they were courteous and efficient. The second trip was a more puzzling issue and I felt they took the time to figure out the problem, went through their own troubleshooting steps and resolved it.

Called on Thursday as our hot water heater was broken down and they were here Friday morning Awesome!! We are so happy to have this company for all of our plumbing needs👏🏼

It isn’t often that you are in an emergency situation. But I was in an emergency. I spoke with Mark around 9 o’clock this morning and his people came and left and it’s now 11 o’clock. The professionalism of this company and its people has been one of the best experiences from the week with losing my refrigeration.

Brand plumbing is amazing. Just had what I thought was a complex job, busted outdoor faucet, two running and leaking toilets...they had it done in less than two hours, but it all looks like new. This is the latest in many good experiences with these guys. Worth every penny. Super courteous and professional, every time.
