Very dissatisfied. The Plumber technician started charging his hourly rate at 8:10 AM, but didn’t call me until 8:16, was not authorized with work until 8:23 and showed up at the property at about 840 AM. The tenant gave him access to the property and had to leave for an appointment after the tenant left. The technician could not find the crawlspace entrance he asked if I wanted him to wait until someone came who could let him look through the house and find the crawlspace or to just leave and come back later when they will be home. I told him we’ll stay for the hour and then if nobody comes, go ahead and leave he said that he started charging me at 8:10 and I did not even confirm the work for that I have for him until 8:23 AM. He arrived at around 8:40 AM and left the property before 9 AM. I told him to just leave the property and I will just pay the service charge. I feel this is unethical and I will find another plumbing company to service my properties. Also, technician said the fee was $165, but they billed me $175. I paid the bill, but asked why I was overcharged. The technician said he accidentally put in the wrong amount, but that they could not refund me for the overcharge, but they could credit it on a future bill. That was enough for me to decide that I will not work with this company.
