I would like to share an Update for the Trane HVAC system that I had put in back in June last year. Installation was Great and the AC worked flawless. I had an issue with my furnace and Dan's service rep. and technician stepped in and took care of my problem. They went over and above the call of duty. That's how you know how good the company really is, when something goes wrong, how do they respond? Thank you Junior and Mike for stepping up. Again, highly recommended.

Dan's Heating & Cooling Sandra, handled my initial call on Sat. Nov.23rd. She was very knowledgeable and worked with me to provide the best information needed for my upcoming service call. I found her to be a great asset to the company give her high praise for her quality help. Nov. 25, 2024 Glen arrived promptly at 11:00 AM. First thing, he checked my heat exchanger for any cracks as well as inspecting the unit as to its safe operation. He found my heat exchanger and burner section very clean and well serviced, by me. Then he set out to solve the blower motor issue which he found was a burned high voltage wire stuck behind burner cover. The trapped wire was my fault. When I serviced the unit two (2) weeks prior I trapped the wire between the burner cover and the front wall of the burner chamber. Glen spliced the wire with a Red Butt connector, which I provided, (He did not have one in his kit). Glen provided a great deal of information about my heating unit as well as general information during his time spent with me. During our discussion of the invoicing my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I offered a $20.00 cash tip for service above and beyond the normal provided, which was excepted. I will request Glen for service in the future.

Glen was called to fix my home humidifier. He was very professional and friendly. He explained why I should run my heat pump and humidifier on certain settings to get the best results. I was very satisfied with the service. I have used Dan's Heating and Air for many years. Thank you! Sondra

Dan's was able to squeeze me in same day and within an hour Brennen & JP arrived and quickly replaced my water heater, definitely recommend if you want reliable plumbers with reasonable pricing. I've also used them for other services they offer, great company thus far!

Had new heating and air system installed Trevor and Kyle did an amazing job they were very professional, matching new system to existing ductwork was perfect, outside they broke up 8 in of concrete so they could level and install a new pad, been 30 plus years since I've actually seen someone who takes pride in the work they do. After MONTHS of research and contractor appointments, I chose Dan’s heating and cooling to install my new Trane hvac systems. This old 1963 home was on its last leg with an inefficient 1990’s heating and air systems. I knew it would be a challenge for the technicians, but Trevor and Kyle worked effortlessly together as a TEAM to ensure everything was done professionally and to my satisfaction. These two techs are beyond exceptional. Earl, sales consultant, was very knowledgeable and experienced. I’m a list maker and had lots of questions. Earl set my mind at ease knowing this was a big decision for me, and I was on a mission to get the best of everything and stay within my proposed budget. It’s not all about price, it’s about reputation, customer service, professional staff, reputable quality systems...the list goes on! No hidden costs, what I was quoted was what I paid. Excellent parts and labor warranties in addition to an affordable and “peace of mind” service maintenance agreement. I could write a book about my experience with Dan’s! Everyone at Dan’s is wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Dan’s for all your hvac needs. They’re the best👍.

Dan's Heating and Cooling was amazing! I sent a message on 2/13/25 at 10pm about a furnace not heating. They called the next day at 8:30am and had someone to my home at 9:30am. They were able to fix the issue with great pricing and the tech was very kind. I highly recommend and will be using for all future HVAC needs.
