Maddix was prompt, courteous, and provided a thorough explanation of the service, issues discovered and the solutions. He answered my questions with the same thoroughness. He was knowledgeable and personable. He left the work space clean. I appreciate that he wore shoe covers (especially since it was snowing). I will likely request him in the future. I also appreciate that he made the service call while it was snowing and many small businesses and all schools were closed. (Obviously I wouldn’t want a tech to drive in dangerous conditions for a service call.)

Maddix was prompt, professional, courteous, even put shoe covers on immediately to be respectful of our home and keep things tidy. He did a great job on our regularly scheduled maintenance this winter. But Maddix also helped us tremendously when we were in a bind last summer when our AC needed repairs. Had an issue with furnace as I didn’t feel the house was evenly warm. They had Dylan out in about a few days due to scheduling but he took the time to go through the maintenance and even showed me what the problem areas were - low capacitor, blower was crusted with debris from over the years, and humidifier filter had not been replaced for years. Recently purchased the home and didn’t realized all this had built up but Dylan took the time to answer questions and provided recommendation. Cannot go wrong with this company!

We've used Fahnestock for about 5 years now and we are always extremely happy with their customer service and the work they do! We had to call on a Sunday due to our Heater freezing up. Brett and Nathan were very professional. Top notch. I had both heat and AC checked out. Brett definitely knew what he was doing and confident , but not pushy. A capacitor was degrading, affecting fan blower speed and deficiency. The capacitor didn’t have to be replaced, but he thoroughly explained and let me decided whether to replace the capacitor now or wait. He was not salesman gloom and doom, or pushy - just factual. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
