Crew arrived early--that's a good thing. They were courteous and got to work quickly. They were considerate by wiping their shoes entering & returning. They cleaned up after themselves and explained what they did and offered preventative tips. I'm VERY PLEASED with their work. I will definitely recommend them to my friends.

I came home after a short get away to a very cold house due to my heater not working. I gave Midwest mechanical a call based on a recommendation from a friend and to my surprise they were able to have a technician out to my house that same day. They sent Lee to come diagnose and fix my issue. Lee was amazing!! I loved how he walked me through what he was doing and why. As a single female I have grown cautious and skeptical when it comes to maintenance related topics. Lee immediately put me at ease and gained my trust. He quickly diagnosed my problem and was able to fix it the same day. Going forward I will always call Midwest mechanical for all my maintenance and repair needs. I am extremely thankful that I found a company that employs honest and trustworthy people!!

Midwest mechanical is the best company hands down. Every employee at this company shows professionalism at its finest and always goes above and beyond for its customers. I don't know what I would do in the several circumstances that have risen but Midwest mechanical has always been there to help me get through these tough times. Midwest Mechanical is one of my favorite companies to do business with in Wichita. They know their stuff! And they are prompt, courteous, quick-moving and always accurate in their assessments/solutions with HVAC issues. I wish all companies could be as easy to work with! GREAT.

A friend recommended Midwest Mechanical. Long story short, the design of the vent from my half bath caused the drain pipe to freeze. Not only were these guys fast in getting here, they even replaced boxes they had to move to get to the plumbing. There's not a lot of cleanup for Mr to do either. Thanks, MM!

Midwest Mechanical has been taking care of our HVAC for 20 years. Lee is our technician. Always tells us when he will be here and goes out of his way to make sure everything is working properly. Even the boss, Shon, has come out to help. I had just been through two surgeries and three months of intense pain. I couldn't eat and had lost a lot of weight and couldn't sleep because of the pain. We had a problem with our HVAC and Lee was in the middle of another job. I was barely able to move and in a less-than pleasant mood. Shon came out with another tech to handle it. I was quite loud and rude with him. He was the professional he always is. Put up with my bellyaching and went about his business as if I was my normal self. Shon and Lee are the kind of men that a lot of people would consider a throwback to a better time. Trustworthy and men of their word. They do the right thing. Even when no one is looking.
