Jon-Eric was an amazing service technician. It was the weekend after Thanksgiving. And BOOM wake up with a stopped up sink, and spending numerous dollars on different Draino and acids trying to unclog the sink to no prevail. Everyone seemed to be booked but we called Mr.Rooter and on the very same day, Jon-Eric was able to come out and unclog the sink. When I tell you that he saved the day and did it with all the patients in the world….He was amazing. We were all worked up and overwhelmed he got all of us calm!! All I can say is Mr.Rooter is a 10+ And if you can request a Tech definitely ask for Jon-Eric, he was awesome thanks, Jon-Eric

The Mr . Rooter company did a great job on our trenchless sewer replacement project. Everyone i worked with in their company was kind, helpful and knowledgeable in their field. They expedited the project, Scott did a great job overseeing the project and communicating with me in every aspect. They were also very fair on their pricing and "considerably" better priced than several other companies around. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter for your next project.

Highly recommend this company! I called Sunday afternoon and they said someone will be our first thing in the morning Monday. I was called 15 minutes before my appointment time to confirm I still needed the service. I was scheduled 8-10. Jon-Eric showed up around 820 and was very professional and heard the issues we were having. He did the best he could and was determined to fix our clogged main line. We went over pricing before hand which always makes things easier! And assured me it'll be fixed and a camera will see the issue and ensure the work they did, they did. Jon Eric was very nice, professional and knew what he was talking about. I don't only recommend Mr. Rooters, but I highly recommend Jon Eric! Also, they warranty their cleanouts for 6 months! So if somethings happens again due to roots or a clog, they will do it again! Thank you guys!!!

We had an unfortunate incident of our sanitary sewer backing up into our basement. Fortunately, we called Mr Rooter plumbing. The experience was awesome. Our technician arrived promptly, even though we do not live in Wichita. Our technician was Brent Glaser. Brent had excellent customer service, and he was very knowledgeable about our sanitary sewer system. He was able to assess the issue and fix the problem very quickly. Once again I would like to emphasize his professionalism and his quality customer service, it was excellent. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter plumbing and their technician Brent Glaser.

Approximately 2 weeks ago, Jon-Eric did a phenomenal job listening to our concerns about an exterior drainage issue or potential sewer line issue. He was able to rule out a sewer line issue just by analyzing the interior piping and not have to scope it, saving us money. Jon-Eric checked a few more plumbing concerns and was able to ensure there was not a known/current issue of concern and took the time to explain how various plumbing systems work. Afterwards, he was able to focus on a totally separate job and replace some quarter-turn valves that were in bad shape under our kitchen sink. Overall, Jon-Eric was very personable, knowledgeable, transparent, trustworthy, and thorough!

Mr. Rooter is hands-down the best plumbing company that I have worked with. Their phone staff are excellent at responding promptly, scheduling services and letting you know when the technician is on their way. Mr. Rooter is fully transparent about pricing and is an exceptional value as well. I also specifically want to name Brent G. as one of their techs who has done superb work on multiple jobs for my house and saved me a ton of money in the process. If you need plumbing work, you only have to make one call: Mr. Rooter Plumbing!

Lucas Seacord came out and tackled a major plumbing job that I think would have taken easily two guys and he handled it alone like a pro. He was polite and respectful and finished pretty quick. If I ever have any problems in the future I’ll be sure to call Lucas at Mr. Rooter.

Lucas came to our house to clear tree roots out of our main. He was professional, on time, and did a great job cleaning up. Our clean out is in our walk in closet. We couldn’t even tell he was in there. Overall great job. Would recommend to anyone.
