I called Plumbco for a quote on replacing my hot water heater and Doris gave me the price after asking a few questions. The figure was significantly less than that quoted by another firm. The plumber, Butch Hanson, installed the new hot water heater and the price was the one quoted. A couple days later there was a gas odor. I called Mr. Hanson, who came to my home a couple hours later on a miserable, snowy, day. Finding nothing initially, he went into crawl space and located a leaking pipe that was unrelated to the job that he had done. Mr. Hanson repaired it and would not accept compensation for his much appreciated efforts. If you’re replacing your hot water heater, I recommend you call Plumbco and ask for Butch Hanson.

They did a great job installing my water heater! They so the installations for a major home improvement store. I saved about $200 by calling directn- $100 off installation plus they obtained the water heater with a 12 year warranty that I wanted at contractor's price. I highly recommend them!

5 stars for the work performed and 0 stars for the incredible rudeness from Doris in the office. I am a renter and hot water heater died over the holidays. I informed my landlord in Kansas City and he asked me to contact Plumbco as his plumbers had retired. Work was scheduled, hot water heater installed, and all was good. My plumber ( and I’m sorry but forgot the gentleman’s name) was great….. workmanship, cleanliness, everything was just superb! Two days later I got a phone call from their office blasting me because they couldn’t get a response from landlord for payment! She informed me they were going to come and take the water heater out of the house if he didn’t pay. I told her I was merely a tenant and didn’t appreciate her coming at me with both barrels blazing. She said they felt scammed. I agreed to call my landlord which I did, was able to reach him and he paid immediately. This whole situation reflects badly on this company. There are many ways to resolve a problem but blasting a tenant for not getting paid immediately by a landlord is not one of them.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot water tank go out on me. I went to Home Depot and purchased one for this company to pickup and install. Although Home Depot didn't have there act together this company very much did and I am so grateful. From the time of calling for the appointment to the complete install this company went above and beyond what I consider super excellent customer service. Doris my hero was the very nice and professional lady who organized , answered every question, and went beyond caring for there customer to make sure everything went smoothly. The plumber Scott was very knowledgeable and professional and very efficient in the Installation process. They cleaned up very nicely and took the old tank out. After being out of hot water for 3 days because of the weekend I'm very grateful to have had the pleasure of working with this company to resolve my situation. I would highly recommend them for what services they provide.

trying to sell my house. lo & behold - bathtub is leaking down in to basement. gotta love old houses and just when a contract is pending on it! I called Frederick who I have used a few times b4. They couldn't come out for 8 days! What? I sat on that thinking it should be ok I guess since I can wash up in the other half bath. But still. I called Plumbco 2 days later because I didn't think it was right to wait that long! They had Scott come out within 90 minutes after I called! He saw the problem immediately and fixed exactly what needed to be done w/o having to replace all of the old piping but install new piping and connectors. Plus replaced my bath drain stopper mechanism. It was easy and less than $200. Highly recommend these guys

I have never dealt with such a rude, combative and unhelpful customer agent. I called for a quote and inquired why it was the price it was. I was given nothing but bad attitude and a feeling I’d be lucky if I paid $700 for a water heater install. Whoever is giving quotes to customers must be losing you lots of business. Would strongly recommend finding a more customer friendly shop.

We had a plumbing leak (sewer) that needed fixed immediately at my mother's home today. Jim returned my message promptly and set up a time to get one of the guys out here. They came, fixed the problem, and did it for a reasonable price -- no blood pressure rise when presented with the bill. We will definitely be calling them again when plumbing needs arise. Thank you, Plumbco!

My mother used them for a water line leak they were having in the basement. Able to come out the same day. They were great with communication. The issue was explained, an estimate was given, and they started with right away. Highly recommend!
