Dana came out to fix our dryer and was able to squeeze us in his busy schedule since my husband and I are going out of town. He was quick, efficient, and was able to fix our dryer same day. I was a little stressed since my mom is staying with the kids and I wanted them to be able to use the dryer so he ended up getting the part and coming back to help out. He was kind and gave me a couple tips for the dryer and the washer as well! I highly recommend and appreciate him squeezing us in!

I am a returning customer and am glad to continue my association with Reddi Industries. Ken came out to resolve some issues with my water source heat pump installation. He was prompt and friendly and quickly put together the correction plan. He completed everything in a timely fashion and explained everything he did at the end of the job. I had a great experience with Tim from Reddi for winterization of my sprinkler system. He has come out before and is very friendly and professional and does good work. Highly recommend!

This company is entirely unprofessional. I solicited them to repair my fence and install a gate opener. The representative proceeded to promise that they were very professional and had done work like this before. They proceeded to send out a technician to install the gate arm without even same day notice and the product does not work as promised. Furthermore, the timeline that they promised was 2-3 weeks to complete the work. It is currently 3 months later and they have not come out to start work. DO NOT HIRE THEM. Their pricing is a scam and the work is not professional quality.

I had a positive experience with David. He demonstrated a high level of professionalism, arrived on time, and maintained a friendly demeanor throughout the service. Notably, he did not engage in any upselling, which I appreciated. Overall, I am very satisfied with the service provided.

They won't even provide an itemized bill with materials used, my house warranty was requiring this information to cover the bill but Reddi did not want to provide this itemized bill and I had to cover the full cost of the repair. I will not be using them again. Customer service lady was snapping at me because I couldn't believe that they didn't provide it to their customers, all they provide is a generalized bill. If your warranty needs an itemized bill this is not the place to go.

Clyde was on time, courteous, friendly and efficient. He got my system winterized quickly. So far I have been very pleased with the various work Reddi Industries had completed for me.
