Mike came Wednesday morning and fixed my issues with plumbing. He kept me informed the whole time, really nice guy. Thanks Mike! Mike came out to unclog our kitchen/utility sink drain in 30 minutes and snaked everything out and ensured everything was draining 100% before leaving. While also replacing a bad fitting I didn’t know I had. Fantastic work!

Originally I contacted Roto-Rooter because my sump pump had begun making an unusual noise. I inherited the house that I'm in right now so this was my first experience with a sump pump. Originally Clayton came out to take a look and he told me what he thought the issue was and said I probably had to replace something within the year. Little did I know that 2 days later I would come home from work to hearing a beeping sound in my house (back up pump) and seeing that water had shot out of it. I ended up getting Kaden (spelling) next and he was extremely nice and very helpful. He told me what the issue was but unfortunately he did not have all the parts to make the fix so I had to wait till the next morning. Clayton came back out to do so. Unfortunately I ended up losing a day of work because of the fix but now I'm good to go.

Not much to share here. Called at 12:15. I was told they would be here in an hour, with maybe some road time slowing them down. I got a text at 1:15 saying they were running behind but I was next. 4:15… no roto rooter. Come on. There goes your reputation down the drain. The manager responded same day , but wants me to do more work than his staff so he can fix the problem. I am not sure how to reply to his reply, but I will suggest he figures how many people got screwed by his companies ability to execute this last weekend and follow up on his own. Should not be hard to figure out how many people got denied, and , when I called to cancel they said they would inform you of this lack of ability to show up. Doesn’t sound like they did.

Mike helped to clean my sewer line from the house to the street that I do as part of prevention since I have large trees on my property and my lines are the older clay type. He did a great job for a great price. He was in and out and very personable and professional .Thanks Mike for the great service that I have come to expect from Roto-Rooter and now yourself specifically. I hope to see you again in the future.

Mr Michael was my technician, this is the second time he came out and he is awesome. Very time efficient, very knowledgeable, and great at what he does. He is the only service technician that I want to use thank Rotor Rooter.
