I rarely leave reviews but in this case Griffin deserves kudos. Kevin did a wonderful job replacing a leaking old copper refrigerator water line. Worked with what we had, upgraded to modern flex line, and made it much better in case we had a problem in the future with accessible cutoff valve. Called as an emergency and they had someone there within an hour. Reasonable pricing. Cleaned up everything. Showed how to prevent problems in the future. Definitely will use again !

Called Monday and the repair man came and replaced my lawn faucet. Very polite and talented plumber. Super fast service. Thanks a lot. Charles

I really like this company. I've used them a couple of times and the pricing is reasonable and the plumber they sent, Kevin, is great. Very personable and takes his time to explain things. Would recommend them to anyone.

I was hearing what sounded like running water under my house. Went under the house to see what’s going on, I had a leak coming from a copper pipe I could not reach or get too. Called a few plumbers and they had a wait for days. It was a Friday afternoon and Griffin came Monday afternoon. Kevin the plumber was professional and fixed my leak within 3 hours. Cost was reasonable, great service and they’re local which is another plus.

Friday night our basement sump pump and kitchen sink stopped cooperating. Husband bailed rising sink water all night. He called another local plumber who he knows through a business referral group. No call back. We called Griffin, call back in 15 minutes and a plumber was here within the hour. Did I mention I’m having 14 people for dinner tonight? And family tomorrow for Easter dinner? Exceptional service, reasonable pricing.

I was disappointed with their customer service. Our hot water heater went out and I was going to purchase a newone if it couldn't be repaired. Both times I called they said their computers were down and couldn't order the part. Next time I spoke with them,, she suggested that I find and go pick up the part. Called back again to let them know that we just wanted to go ahead and just replace it. (It had been 3 days now) They said she went to to lunch & she promised shewould call me at 1pm AS SOON as she returned. Never heard back from her.

As a business owner myself, I hate to write a bad review. However, I’m hoping it can save someone else the hassle we are going through. We built a home and our builder used Griffin plumbing. Since then their customer service has been AWFUL, taking 3 weeks for them to return calls to repair work they did incorrectly. After finally getting in touch with Laura she denied the work was incorrect (even after seeing pictures of the flange being over and inch below the tile) and refused to send anyone out. I suppose a toilet is supposed to leak from the bottom every 6 months??? My advice...find someone else.

NO!!! HIRE A REAL PLUMBER! Cussed my wife out and threw trash all over our yard. Plumbing still an issue. Don't waste your money when there are reputable companies in town. Just sent a guy to pick up the trash, so I added another star to the review for an attempt at resolving the situation.
