I've had several good experiences with MarkCo over the years. From running toilets to complete basement floods to sinks that won't work, they do it all and their team members are always friendly and helpful.

I’ve known the owners of this business for 10 plus years and can say they are salt of the earth. They run their business with integrity and honesty. They have fit us in for emergency plumbing disasters more times than I can count and have always solved our problems. Call Markco for your next plumbing disaster and you won’t be disappointed!

After going through 8 plumbers and no one helping or finding the issue, MarkCo finally helped me and came quickly to resolve it. My house finally is smelling better and I feel so much more comfortable with my new home purchase.

2 plumbers from Marco Plumber were mean and unprofessional. They damaged the wall of my campervan. When the Marco Plumber workers realized they cannot do they job they left the wall damaged and refused to fix it. I was also requested to purchase extra tools to make their easier work at my expence. Stay out

Needed a plumber , not urgent but had to fix a leaky tap...well Marcus from MarkCo Plumbing turned up the same day, very friendly and seemed very efficient and I showed him the dripping tap to be fixed and I also mentioned that the toilet needs to have a new connection as there was a very slow water leak at the wall connection, but we will leave that for another day. He wasnt phased by the job and completed the job in less than an hour, took pictures which was un necessary but maybe that helps him to justify his bill. Well I recieved the invoice without any prior consultation on the requirements of the work to be done or a price estimate and when he handed me with the invoice 1 hour later for $1584 well I was absolutely in shock and thought this guy is having a lend of me as in my mind all I required was a new tap washer to be seated and the old washers replaced. But he had taken it upon himself and replaced the taps on the hand basin and a small flexy hose at a cost of $990 plus gst and then he had also replaced the the small tap type socket that connected to the pipe on the toilet wall at a cost of $450 and then add gst on top. I know these taps that he supplied are definitely not top of the range and certainly not a fashion feature and the cost is so over the top that not in a million years would I pay this much for a standard set of taps... and no the basin was not replaced we still have the same old hand basin but iI do feel like I even paid for a new one too. When I queried the invoice no explanation on costing breakdown of actual parts supplied and labour cost break down was not provided or given just 2 lines one for the taps $990 and then the toilet $450 plus gst that was not even supposed to be done as it was for another day. This bloke lost all his swagger and politeness when questioned and no bill break down explanation was given or could be given to justify the account. I was beyond annoyed to say the least and remained as calm and polite that I could and paid the bill and then in reflection back on the whole invoice experience of total shock and horror I felt MarkCo Plumbing had certainly overcharged me but I felt that they had gone for the juggler and totally ripped me off and I was so stupid in trusting this young man but I felt that I had no leg to stand on at the time and just paid the bill. I have spent the whole weekend stewing over the whole incident and my partner rang the company to question the invoice pricing and asking for it to be reviewed as there was obviously an error somewhere in the adding up or else they would have to be charging an hourly rate of $1000 per hour. The lady that answers the calls and books in the jobs said she will ring us back once she looks into it. But surprise surprise we are still waiting on a call back.. but then on reading the reviews online...this seems to be the normal working and billing ethics for MarkCo Plumbing . All I can say is that I would never recommend them as their pricing is beyond a joke and I will never have them back even though I was told of the life time warranty on the job. And the sad thing is that people like this MarkCo Plumbing make it so hard for the actual honest hard working plumbers out there . So please just be aware and ask for a full written itemized quote before they start the job and not assume like I did that a simple washer replacement was all I wanted and needed and then there will be no nasty surprises with the invoice. I think on digesting my bill MarkCo plumbing hourly lrate must be in the vicinity of $1000 per hour so please use them at your peril.

We had a nasty and annoying plumbing issue arising on our Church property regarding sewer lines damage. Markco Plumbing sent out a team Seth and Dylan who were prompt and professional and explained everything regarding what they found and their proposed handling. They were mindful with the rented tool and its cost to keep the expenses down. They let me know as to what future issues we may be facing with the sewer lines from their inspections and a simple handling. They also helped with turning off a running toilet which was not the scope of the job but helped out of service. We will stick with Markco Plumbing for the future.

Kyle and Brent came out to install a water heater today. They were both very professional and polite. Arrived exactly when they quoted a week ago and worked diligently to get the job done in a timely manner while not sacrificing quality. Would highly recommend.

When we needed the water line to our house replaced, MarkCo came up with a plan that would save landscaping, allow for easier future replacement, and changed where the line came into the foundation to avoid having to tear up the floor and a wall in a finished area of the downstairs (something another company told us would be necessary). That saved a lot of money, time, and the mess and inconvenience that would have resulted.
