After having them come out to inspect a home before buying, they did do good work, however our top priority was making sure the sewer drain was clear and would not cause any issues when we move. We were given the clear, so we bought the house; we began to have intermittent clogs that would come and go, soaking the floor in water from the walls. We called them back the following month, however my husband had to work, so I was home alone. I was told that they could not find a course of the clog, despite running it back past the street. I was charged $150 for the trouble; I did not feel that I was taken seriously or respected. We called a different company who used a camera and found a problem within minutes of arriving; he determined that the problem should have been found immediately. After calling Next Generation Plumbings office with my concerns, I was told that they would get back to me, however it has been almost a week with no call back or apologies.

Very happy with the service I received on 1/3/2024! Wyatt and Paul I believe we're the technicians that came out, they were very clear on what they were doing and listened to my issues I was having. Got in and out and was very pleased with the service I received.

The tech did a good job and we were pleased with the work. However, he left black goo and fingerprints on the cabinet where he was working. Price seemed a bit high at $115 per hour, but I suppose that is just what you have to pay. Tech told me that they gave a military discount, so that sounded good. When I got the bill, they gave me $8 off of a $260 bill, which is about 3%. Guess they didn't appreciate the 20+ years I spent in the Corps.

A huge thank you to Jill, Mark, Ron, and Barry. Plumbers who show up when they say they will, and do excellent work (an entire bathroom in an old house had to be redone, plumbing all the way down 3 floors). Ron and Barry had to cut a very small hole in my ceiling and…they fixed it! I told my neighbor to use them and I’d recommend them to family.

The 2 gentlemen that showed up were professional, courteous and did very good work. Would have given them 10-stars. However, as a whole, the support team in the office leaves a lot to be desired. Do not expect any kind of customer service or assistance from "JILL". She will cut you off mid sentence, finish your sentence for you and start explaining something way off base from the topic you are trying to clarify. Did not take long to realize we were not going anywhere with her. Bid farewell and sad to say, with an employee like her in your back office, I would not want to deal with your company again. **Additional Comment-5/31 - Thank you for the response Next Generation. Appreciate acknowledgement of our review. No, you will not find a record of service for Trent D'Arby. This is Frankfort, a VERY small town. I've penned the review with a fictitious name to keep our family identity anonymous. The positive comments of your techs and the negative review of Jill are what we experienced. If all you've ever heard about Jill are positive, then the experience we had is even more discouraging . Thank you again for responding.

Busted frozen water pipes are a pain in the you know where. Next Generation Plumbing did a fantastic job with a relatively fast response to an emergency call. No complaints about crawling in the water and mud, under the house, quickly getting the job done. I'd recommend these guys to anyone in need of a plumber, to get a good job done the right way, ..FAST..!!!

I called the company because my house got flooded and I asked them to figure out where the problem was. In the middle of the inspection, the plumber was called off to a "more urgent job" . Apparently a flooded house is not an emergency in their books. Never finished the job and left because the office said so.

Josh and Shannon arrived on the scene within 20 minutes of the urgent call placed! They unclogged drains, pipe that led to sewer. Came back early next morning and removed entire cracked pipe and installed a new pipeline to sewer! Had to move toilet and put new seal on, put a new washer on the washer hose and connected the hoses in proper fitting. They also leveled the dirt back where they put a new tool for connecting pipeline to sewer. This team from Next Generation are awesome! The work performed was EXCELLENT!
