Two technicians spent 1.5 days completing a variety of electrical tasks on a newly constructed house ceiling fans (5), exterior lighting, interior dimmers and additional outlets. The results were outstanding. The tasks were completed with upmost professionalism. They respected the work area, cleaned up after themselves and were courteous and pleasant. Highly recommend Mike and Josh.

Matt Jones arrived the same day I called Tom Drexler Plumbing. He called an hour before arriving and made sure it was convenient for me to be there. When he got there he immediately took care of all my problems and was extremely efficient and nice to me and my dog. Great job and clean d up everything when through. Would strongly recommend him to other customers!

I see why they have a high rating. Very efficient company! They email and text to confirm your appointment and give updates. On the day of, the tech called to confirm again, and make sure his arrival time worked for me. No four hour time windows here! He gave me more of a 15 minute window! I even got a link to track the tech as he traveled to my house, which was SO convenient! Once he arrived, he was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable - a genuinely nice guy! He did a great job replacing a utility sink faucet. It was a very positive experience, and I would definitely recommend Tom Drexler! 👍

The technician showed up on site to unclog and change out a toilet. The technician had two toilets on his truck both were the wrong one. He tried to clear the clogged toilet and was unsuccessful therefore he had to schedule a different technician to come and unclog the toilet. He installed new toilet and attached a new supply line to the tank. Now it is leaking. I called to get put on the schedule to get the leak that they caused fixed and was informed at around 7:15am that I was on the schedule for Saturday November 30th after waiting around for a text from a technician I received a call that no technician would be coming out to fix the leak. The earliest they could come fix the problem that they caused would me Monday the 2nd of December. I find this unacceptable.

Mr. Castillo is very polite, punctual, and well spoken. He was quickly able to review and estimate cost on 3 different trouble areas and provide options we were able to work with for our budget. Once we agreed on the work he effectively got all the needed parts and tools from his truck, completing the work in a timely manner. We are very happy with the results.

Mike with electrical did an amazing job. Grant and Andrew installed our new water heater and did other piping work. They were wonderful also. Very pleased with all 3 of their work and professionalism. I am very happy to be a Tom Drexler member now to have peace of mind for future work and repairs. The cost of all the work we had done was reasonable and includes warranties. They were also quick to mobilize and the texts of appointment times were super helpful. Thank you again! -Danielle

Mike and Josh were amazing! Mike was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. He made sure I had different options that benefited me and I appreciated him every step of the way.

Joe and the rest of the Tom Drexler Plumbing team were great to work with. They communicated and worked well together to resolve our plumbing issues.
