Very quick response even during the flooding crisis. Huge help getting our water heater parts covered under warranty, and returning once the parts arrived for the installation. Would certainly do business with them again.

I would like to thank Andrew and his associate Solomon, for coming to my rescue. My water heater was running out the bottom big time, so it died and they came out quickly and put in a new one. Thank you for saving me. You guys always do such an amazing job.

Very happy with the service we received this week. Our AC wasn't quite keeping up with the hot weather. The gentleman that came out spent quite a bit of time diagnosing exactly what the issue was, thoroughly explained how the system worked and what he believed the issue to be, and he got it fixed for a fraction of the cost I expected. They've earned my repeat business in the future!

We called this company earlier this week and were incorrectly told by the receptionist that someone would be at our house by end of day for service. So we took off work so someone could be home and waited. After no response we reached out and asked to speak to a manager and he was so surprised and said it would be at least a few days until someone could take a look at our unit. I would like to clearly state, my rating is purely based off the receptionist lying to us to try and get our business by making it so we did not think we needed to reach out to other companies.

I have a Airbnb which requires same day service when I have issues. W/H always delivers. Called on recent Monday morn with a no hot water problem and by 3:00 I had repairs complete. Joe Hancock and his team were on point. Great A1 service.

UPDATE: Joe Hancock called me to tell me because I left a negative Google review, he will not refund any money nor send techs out to fix the issue. I knew he would make personal attacks when I read how he responded to other reviewers. If you are contemplating using this company, think about the type of person the owner is. Do you really want to give this man your money?? First time I used this company,, Aaron installed a new gas line and a set of gas logs for the fireplace. Great experience! The last 2 times we've used this company, the services paid for were not completed. The previous time, we called and they sent the tech back out to finish the job, which was basically telling us he couldn't fix the leak and we needed to install a new faucet. This most recent time, I called and said I thought I had a blocked plumbing vent. They sent 2 techs who never went on the roof and just capped where we are going to install a shower and toilet in our renovation. $293! And the smell is still strong throughout the house. I'll call H20 Maestro out of Lexington. I've used them for larger jobs and have never been disappointed. I wish I had called them first but worried they'd cost more. But I've learned my lesson- reliability is worth the cost, and I wouldn't be throwing away nearly $300 for nothing.

What an amazing service provided by Whitehead Hancock Plumbing! After a year and a half and several calls around to get the sewer smell out of our house...one call to these guys and within a week...issue fixed! Extremely pleased! Definitely give these guys a call next time you need a plumbing issue fixed!
