KY Plumber

Jordan has been to our house a few times and always does a great job. Very affordable, friendly, quality. The last time he was here his van got stuck in my driveway. He called a tow truck then fixed my toilet while he waited. I’m sure it was a frustrating day for him, but he did a great job and smiled the whole time. I can’t recommend KY Plumber enough.

It can be scary when something goes wrong over the holidays. KYPlumber came through when the first plumber I contacted did not bother to respond. They contacted me promptly after I left a message. Once we spoke about our issues, we were able to schedule and get our repairs done. Gary and Chris did an excellent job, needing to be innovative to repair the leak under our slab. We found the cost of the new water heater and the line repair to be reasonable. Thanks again to your entire crew! If we need a plumber, you will be our first call next time.

I wish I could give KY Plumber 10 stars! For a short background, we went with another company for work on a water line which, unfortunately, completely destroyed our whole sewage system. KY Plumber’s owner made himself available for an urgent need when a sewage leak was pouring through our ceiling into the basement, came out on Christmas Eve to replace the grinder pump, and the day after Christmas to rewire the sewage to fix all the other company’s mistakes. He and his team took the time to repair each item and was able to thoroughly solve all the problems and identify the root issue. This process was daunting and very stressful, but knowing we had KY Plumber’s support and expertise kept us sane. His pricing is very reasonable and competitive. We will not EVER go with another company after the care KY Plumber has showed us! I recommend this company 100% and trust their work completely!

KY Plumber is the best in Georgetown and surrounding areas! They have fixed so many issues for us including our pump, kitchen sink pipe not being cut in the correct spot by the original builder, leaking toilets etc. Gary and Jordan are both professional and top notch and we’ve never had plumbers that are as good as they are. Definitely recommend them to anyone who asks and they are the only plumbers we trust to work on our property. 10/10

After having a plumber from a different company come in and estimate my job at $1,400, I had a feeling this was way too much. I found that many people in my neighborhood used and highly recommended KY Plumber. I'm so glad I called them. They scheduled someone to come out, and I got the work done at a very reasonable rate. Everything is working great. I'll definitely call them again with any plumbing issues I have.

Jordan was very professional and did an excellent job with our installation job. He checked his work several times before declaring the job was complete and was very informative about the details of what he did. I highly recommend this company!
