I'm very happy a friend recommended United Plumbing to me to replace my hot water heater. United Plumbing folks were great! They were very responsive, friendly, and effective. The replacement + service costs were very fair. I highly recommend them.

We had a company come out prior to United to do the work. Not only had they failed, they made a huge leak in the pipe. I called United and they were here within 3 hours to do the work. They had the original problem fixed as well as the secondary problem caused by the other company, very quickly. I recommend Kris. He was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. Thank you United.

Kris and Jacob did a great job. We have coverage through Homeserve and they got United to come out to look into why our water bill spiked in the last couple months. They were able to identify some possible issues, which we are now working on addressing. They were super efficient and really knew what they were doing. Great attitudes and really nice. Highly recommend.

Matt is a most capable technician and easy to work with. United should be proud to have him as their representative. Very deligent in his work while being sensitive to the customer's needs.

STELLAR service!!! We originally called a different company to identify a massive leak under the house that was causing our wood flooring to warp out. That tech arrived, barely peeked his head into the crawl space, and said he did not see anything. Clearly there was an issue, as indicated by the serioudly warped flooring and the extra 1,000 gallons per month on the last water bill. We called United after the bad tech left, and they sent out Parker who arrived on time, the same day and just a few hours later. Parker saw the warped flooring and immediately crawled into the crawlspace and back to the problem area. He quickly identified a busted sharkbite connection, and fixed it. THANK YOU, PARKER!!! It's hard to find folks that actually do their job, and he is obviously a quality employee.

Lane arrived on time, identified and explained the issue, and completed the repair efficiently while also teaching his apprentice. This service call was in response to work done by a previous company. I appreciate the way the transfer of responsibility was handled and will definitely call United in the future.

Great service. Responded and scheduled me right away. The technicians were very knowledgeable and explained exactly what they were doing. You could tell that they were experienced. Since my pipes are close to 50 years old, I am sure to need a plumber again and it will be United. Highest recommendation!!
