I purchased a garage door at Lowe's, absoluute services installed it,very poor job of installation.The door is very hard to open have to force it to open all the way.the brackets for the rollers are crooked, the rails aren't straight, and bow out when door is up,which doesn't go up all the way.They used the old hanging brackets to hang the rails which are bent and crooked. There are extra holes drilled in the door,the cables cross over the front of the door on edge when closing. Called and complained the install manager was very combative, made excuses about every issue,and told me to contact the manufacturer. they came back and addressed a few issues but just a few very displeased with the attitude and resolve.

Had a very bad experience with this company. My garbage disposal started leaking. Luckily, I was able to get someone to come out the next day, The disposal had to be replaced, In the process another pipe was broken I understand those things can happen & was told someone would come out to repair the next day, which was a Friday or the following Monday. When I didn’t hear from anyone mid morning the next day I called to inquire. I was told dispatch would call me, Several hours later , I called again. They still couldn’t give me any information & I’m waiting for a call, $657.00 spent & I can’t use my kitchen sink. I’m not happy with their communication with scheduling , I would have also thought that they would have had a disposal with them for replacement , but had to leave & bring one. I chose this company because of its good ratings. They push for that 5 Star review, They shouldn’t have sent me a request to review before the job was completed. I sat around for 2 days waiting on them to contact me. Their communication is terrible & obviously don’t worry about taking care of their customers. $150.00 part. $500 labor?

Joe Redmond has been great. And Absolute services needs to issue Full Coverage Waders for any technicians servicing plumbing. Our crawl space is flooded and it's below freezing, but Joe went in anyway to switch out the pump and set it running to get the water to flush out over the next few days. He's a great employee, I hope absolute services knows they've got a good one.

Stan arrived about N hour after I received notification that he was on his way. He was very polite. Did not have the correct part on truck, he drove to a plumbing shop to retrieve and install correct part. No leaks or concerns at this point. I’ve used this company 3 times in the past 90 days and I have been completely satisfied with their work. Highly recommend them!!

Joe did an exceptional job installing our water heater and was able to answer all of our questions. He also took his time to do everything right. He is the best plumber that we’ve had in Kentucky! I would recommend him to anyone!

The plumber I used with Absolute was wonderful. There were two areas that needed attention and he understood The problem and fixed it very quickly. Now the toilet is running great, and the shut off valve to my spigot works perfectly.

I wasn't going to leave a review bc there isn't much good to say about the experience this time. We've used them for going on 3 years with no issues but this time they canceled and rescheduled 4 times. There was miscommunication. The dispatch, Robin, is so rude. Even from the start I called to make the first appointment I was told Laura would call me to schedule that and it took her 3 days to call me back. Ridiculous. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 is bc the actual plumber Stan was very nice and did a good job.

I had 2 major issues with my experience. 1. Expense - I was charged $366.33 to unclog a drain. This price included 1.5 hrs of the service techs time and did not include assurance that the drain would be unclogged 2. Experience of Technician - The service tech they sent was pleasant, gave me all the warnings and liability disclaimers, and tried his best to unclog the drain. That being said, there is a big difference between a service tech and a licensed plumber. When he couldn’t get his snake past the trap underneath the drain, he didn’t have any other ideas. I knew the clog was further down the drain so I had to ask him if there was a camera or a smaller snake he could use to get past the trap. After 1 hour with no success, he had no more ideas. My wife was able to unclog the drain the next day with dish soap and a shop vac. I would personally suggest going with another company that either offers a money back guarantee for unclogging drains or a smaller local plumber who can offer more experience
