First time using Bryant. New house for usâ equipment issues with smart thermostat. Bryant was quick to get someone out and quick to assess that someone with higher-level smart thermostat knowledge should be called in for troubleshooting. Travis came and gave us the best service ever! He is a skilled technical expert with persistence and patience to get the job done right. Plus, heâs a great communicator during all of the steps fixing the issue. Whatâs more heâs a veteran. Great job Travis and the Bryant team!

We had been without heat and air for several years. Derrick came out to do an estimate. The price was good and the deal was done! Stan and James literally came out THAT DAY and removed all of the old system and installed the new one within hours. I mean these guys knew EXACTLY what they were doing. They were incredibly kind and respectful and showed me how to use the system. I really appreciate them and everything they did. They are definitely an asset to the Bryant family!!! Thank you all so much!

After clearing out the cigarette butts and airing out the basement, I found a hole in my master bedroom wall that the apprentice (who I paid an extra 1,000 to have) drilled through the inside wall. 7 months later, someone comes out to repair the wallâŚafter I followed up on a weekly basisâŚand put the âgrounding rodsâ that destroyed my lawn mower in the ground. Three months after that I look outside and find the âboxâ is bent hanging off the side of the house. The apprentice used screws I wouldnât trust to hang a 5 lb picture, let alone something as important as electrical. Thank goodness they finally sent someone out who knew what they were doing, a year later. Apologies? None. A phone call from a supervisor, zero. He wanted to see if he could charge me for them to come and fix their mistake. Communication 0/10 Work -5/10 Overpriced? Absolutely. Pay less and go somewhere that knows what theyâre doing.
