Discovered my water heater was leaking and called a few places for an estimate. Dauenhauer was the only company who could squeeze me in same day. Had the pleasure of meeting Chris and Johnny who got right to work on the estimate and explained their process very thoroughly as far as what they recommend to fix the issue. They even told me they could have it fixed that same day! Quality work and quick work time, couldn’t be more pleased. Would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dauenhauer for a very difficult situation. The main pipe under our foundation had corroded and needed replacement. Shout out to Austin and Blake who figured out the problem and proposed the solution. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to Kevin who did the replacement and was clearly very experienced with this exact situation. We were blown away by his professionalism, efficiency, and care for our home and time. Jack hammering through a concrete slab, hand digging through gravel and tree roots, and fully replacing the pipe in less than 2 days was a monumental feat. I attached some pictures of the hand digging process inside our house. Thank you! In our experience, when it comes to plumbing, you save the most money overall by hiring the best.

Called for septic issue and needed out asap before the next rain. They came out the next day after we submitted an online request the night before. Our technician Ezra was very informative, they were quick and I felt comfortable having them in our home. I would recommend Dauenhauer Plumbing to anyone who has issues. Fair prices, courteous and knowledgeable staff.

They were honest and took their time. Andrew was very professional and I was impressed with how well he taught the gentleman that was learning. They also were able to get footage of the inside of our house which we couldn't see with another company we called. He told us that we didn't need our pipes replaced above our concrete while another company said our pipes weren't code. I felt like they were very honest and they weren't just out to make a buck.

Called had a hot water heater go bad call schedule appointment same day was on time very professional it was very old bought the house with the original hot water heater wasn't a easy task but they got it done in a timely manner Chris and Johnny are the best will definitely be my go to for any plumbing air or heating i will be telling friends and family. Definitely give them a try you won't be sorry again thanks guys your awesome

Resolved - Great customer service Same issue as before. Technician A++ skilled. Guy was amazing. 1) No receipt or invoice, printed or emailed. Already sent customer service request. Fighting with Lowe’s and need invoice. I don’t know what it’s not mailed on the spot. 2) I don’t know if the comfy membership discount was applied to invoice without the invoice. Mark

They came within an hour when we were having water dripping through our living room ceiling. They cleaned up after having to break through 4 places in our walls! They were professional yet friendly!

Outstanding service call, Caleb was detailed and professional in his description of the work to be performed as well as in the results of the inspections. He was courteous navigating around the fact that I work from home and we have a pet. I'm hoping we get Caleb on future service and inspection calls. Great job.
