Service man was very polite and seemed knowledgeable. Price however was extremely high. Our original plumber (retired now) set everything up very nice shouldāve been an easy replacement. $1750.00 was more than we were willing to pay.

I hired Fast Flow Plumbing to replace two bathroom sinks, but the entire experience turned out to be a huge hassle and very disappointing due to poor workmanship, water damage, and a lack of proper cleanup. Hereās what happened: bought two new sinks and contacted Fast Flow for installation. The initial quote was around $548 which I agreed to. The plumber arrived and started working. At one point, the plumber called me down to explain that the supply lines were too short to reach the valves. He proposed cutting the copper pipes and using SharkBite fittings, claiming the supply lines couldnāt be replaced due to the male connectors. He insisted the existing fittings couldnāt accommodate longer supply lines. Not knowing any better, I trusted his judgment. He quoted me an additional $353 for the copper modification, which I reluctantly agreed to, thinking it was necessary. After doing some research and consulting others, I believe the additional work wasnāt necessary. The plumber could have just replaced the supply lines with longer ones, instead of cutting the copper pipes and adding extensions. Cutting the copper and raising the shut-off valves seemed excessive and now feels like I was charged for work that wasnāt needed. Major Leak and Immediate Damage: The plumber came to inform me that one of the valves had broken and that water had sprayed everywhere. He attempted to clean up by throwing my rugs and towels into the bathtub and even asked if I had a shop vac. At this point, the bathroom was soaked, but he assured me heād get it cleaned up. He also informed me that the supply lines for the second vanity were long enough, so no additional copper work was needed for that sink. After finishing the job, he had me check the valves to ensure no further leaks, and I noticed dirt and dried boot marks all over the bathroom floor. While not ideal, I could get it cleaned up. After the plumber left, I returned to my bathroom to clean up the remaining mess. I noticed gold metal shavings from the sawing the old faucets left all over the countertop, including my razor. He hadnāt cleaned any of it. There was trash and old fixtures left behind as well. Then, I opened a vanity drawer and found it completely filled with water. Everything inside was ruined. I have no idea how a drawer became filled with water, it doesnāt make sense how water from a valve below the sink could have gotten into the closed drawer above. Attempting to Resolve the Situation: I called Fast Flow that evening and spoke to their representative. She promised a supervisor would call me back, but I had to follow up multiple times before finally speaking with Alan, one of the supervisors. Alan offered me a $353 discount saying it was for the copper work that may not have been necessary. My bigger concern was that I shouldnāt have been charged for the copper work at all. From everything Iāve researched and heard from others, longer supply lines could have been used, and cutting into the copper pipes and raising the shut-off valves was unnecessary. When I asked about this, Alan couldnāt give me a straight answer and said he would need to check with the plumber. I'm still waiting for an explanation as to why this was chosen over simply getting longer supply lines. Final Thoughts: While accidents happen, Fast Flow Plumbingās handling of this situation was disappointing at every step. The water damage to my bathroom, the ruined belongings, and the incomplete cleanup were bad enough, but the lack of accountability afterward made it worse. A small discount didnāt compensate for the cleaning and replacing items. I expected better from a professional plumbing service. To add to that, the copper work may not have even been necessary, which makes me feel like I was charged for something that could have been avoided entirely. Based on this experience, I canāt recommend Fast Flow Plumbing. They need to improve their quality of work and their customer service.

I hired Fast Flow to address a plumbing issue in my water shut off valve. Mathew was very quick when working, polite, and professional, taking care to wear shoe covers before entering my home, which I really appreciated. He worked on fixing my water shut-off valve, and although there was still a small leak afterward, the company promptly sent him back out to resolve it. The second time, he ensured everything was done perfectly. I appreciate their commitment to customer satisfaction and would definitely recommend their services in the future.

I was most pleased with Fast Flow. I woke up to a major clog and I called them right away. The lady was very nice on the phone and within 2 hours there were 2 gentleman at my door to fix my problem. They also sent me a picture of the tech that would be coming and I found that very helpful. Both gentleman were very nice and professional. Within 30 minutes everything was open and clear. He showed me on his camera where the clog was and I appreciated that. Found the cost a bit steep but they did come very fast. Over all was very pleased and would call them again.

EDIT! DELETED PREVIOUS REVIEW. Once the business contacted me, I realized I was wrong & needed to correct it! Will(the one who came to my house) gave everything a thorough inspection, explained in non-plumber terms what the problem was and gave me what I felt was a fair estimate. I will be in contact with them again! Very professional and knowledgeable.

Extremely pleased with this plumbing job. Allen came in with the expertise and know how to do what I feel was a very complicated job and make it look very clean and professionally done. We also talked quite a bit and as a fellow business owner, I feel this is the type of company I can wholeheartedly recommend to my friends and family in the future. Give Fast Flow a call, you wonāt be disappointed.
