I would like to take this opportunity to thank GreenBox for the great customer service I recently received. When I called for help, not only did they return my call that day, they also sent Scott to my house that very day. He helped us navigate getting a new HVAC system in a VERY timely manner. To all of the HVAC companies that didn't even bother to return my call, you obviously don't put a priority on customer service and it shows! The service technicians, Vance and Axel were polite and very knowledgeable. They were very prompt and did not leave until everything was working flawlessly. The new system works great and I couldn't be more pleased. I can't say enough great things about GreenBox and all the helpful and knowledgeable people who work there. Please use GreenBox for your HVAC needs. They are the best.

I contacted GreenBox regarding an issue with my gas fireplace. They were incredibly upfront and honest, explaining that it was a specialized repair outside their expertise. Instead of taking on the job and potentially doing it incorrectly, they immediately referred me to a company that specializes in gas fireplace repairs. I really appreciated their honesty and willingness to help, even though they couldn't do the work themselves. I wouldn't hesitate to contact GreenBox again for other home services.

We've used Greenbox for servicing our furnaces, water heater, and occasional plumbing issues. Communication, promptness, know-how, and customer service have all been top notch. Plumbing Technician Matthew Arthur was especially helpful and nice. We highly recommend this company.

We could not have asked for more, or better, from Caddo Downs. He came well within our expected time window, was careful and respectful of our property, quickly and thoroughly completed the repairs for our bathrooms, and willingly completed another job, that I had previously failed to mention. The quoted price was very reasonable. Caddo graciously took the time needed, to answer all questions and concerns, carefully explaining follow up procedures. We are looking forward to scheduling our next job with Green Box and Caddo, as soon as convenient for all. Thank you.

We are so thankful for green box home services for sending Dan Herrman to help us on this bitterly cold Sunday! We are elderly and my husband is disabled and the house was getting colder, and the thermostat was flashing to call service! We recently had Greenbox to our home for several minor plumbing issues. Matthew Arthur, the young man who did the work, was absolutely outstanding - prompt, polite, and professional. He was able to diagnose and fix everything, including coming out just 2 days after the Jan 2025 Winter Storm when the side roads were still in bad shape.
