Mr Rooter Plumbing of Lexington KY

We had work done almost a year ago and was given an estimate for some other projects we needed done. I called and scheduled an appointment. Anthony Rubin, came to the house and got us all straightened out. He removed a water softening system and replaced an emergency shut off valve to the hot water heater. He also put a downward slope on my kitchen sink pipe leading to the main stack. The price was fair and my husband I could not be happier! Thank you, Mr. Rooter, for having knowledgeable and efficient employees who are always a pleasure to work with!

Mr. Rooter tackles the toughest jobs and has the experience one can trust. Customer service is top quality. The technicians are very experienced, knowledgeable and professional. They answer questions, walk one through the process that builds confidence in solution. I would not hesitate to call them again. Doug, (unclog main line), Erik, (camera and analysis), Alan and Shawn experienced install guys, a team all super talented!

Thank you for fixing my grinder issue so quickly. The team (Steve, Matt, Shawn and John) did a great job working together to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Steve kept me informed of the problem and solution. He was professional and sincere. Great teamwork. I also appreciated the text letting me know when some was on their way with the technician’s picture so you knew who was coming to your home. The office staff was friendly and efficient. I would recommend Mr Rooter!

Great Experience! I truly appreciate the team at Mr. Rooter and for resolving my very urgent situation. They were able to dispatch a crew almost immediately. Steve quickly diagnosed the problem and was able to resolve it within 30-45 minutes. He thoroughly explained the situation and got the entire house's plumbing back to working condition the morning of my call. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will definitely use them again and again in the future

I am posting this review because I received a text asking me to post a 5 star review for a service I had yesterday. They said their technicians were in a contest to see who could get the most reviews…. I can’t post a 5 star because the price I paid ($504.19) for the service I received (running a new line from sink to refrigerator) was so extremely high for the work performed, but I was also in a bind, needing the work done asap, with water continuously leaking and not being able to do it myself, I didn’t have a choice. Customer service was top notch. Super friendly dispatch and the technician was very nice as well. It was done on a Sunday afternoon which was also extremely convenient. The price was just so high for a job that he literally did in 20 minutes, once he left for an hour to gather his supplies. He did drill through the cabinets on the floor and left saw dust, and just pushed the stove back over top of the that, but other than that, he cleaned up his work. They texted me, asking for this review, asking it to be 5 stars, which in my opinion is a little wrong. I think reviews should be left only if the person leaving them, actually thinks of it themselves because they want to express their feelings. So this is my review. Friendly, knowledgeable, and very expensive. But when you’re in a bind, sometimes you have to pay the price I guess.

Mr. Rooter Plumbing is a great company. I called about our problem and had an appointment for the next day! The technician, Trevor, was exceptional! He was courteous, knowledgeable, and treated me with respect! He is an asset to the company! He looked at several solutions, paying attention to the cost. He was not pushy, which I appreciate! Trevor Kevin Gunner Great experience with all three above! We’ve had Kevin out each day of the project and we couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. Very easy to work with and extremely knowledgeable. He made for a great experience all around as we’re excited to work with him in the future! This company is very good about communication and working with the customer at all times. They stay in touch through text and call leaving no questions unanswered. Will be using them in the future for sure!

Excellent service!! A technician was at my house within two hours. He diagnosed the problem, explained how he would fix it, and quoted a price. Everything went smoothly, and the problem was solved in under 2 hours. He replaced everything just as it was under both sinks, and even ran a couple of tests to make sure that it was functioning properly before he left. Highly recommend!
