Mr. Watson and his crew were timely, professional, and did an excellent job finding and repairing 2 water line leaks in my house and on my property.

I own rental properties in Lexington, but I do not live in the area. A friend suggested this plumber. I spoke to them and they agreed to go out and fix my shower - even gave me a time and date. They not only did not do the work, they refused to respond to my emails or answer the phone. If you can't do the job - fine - but, at least have the professionalism to tell me that!!

Watson plumbing is very honest and reliable. I have used them multiple times. I have also recommended them to others and they have been very happy with the price and Mike has always resolved their plumbing problems.

Charlie did a great job and was very professional. I highly recommend this company. Mike the CEO is also a wonderful guy and both are great to chat with and good with communication and work.

They completed work, then the city said a final inspection was needed that they didn't do. We called them repeatedly and finally got a hold of them and Mike said can't call him and get same day service and hung up on us. Terrible company!

Paid 270.00 to 370 for tub leak. Paid for new faucet handles bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom hot handle is the same broken one and the kitchen hot no pressure.

Very professional and knew how to fix my plumbing issues. Would definitely call them again!
