We had a great experience with these guys fixing our water main to the house. Frank and Junior were superstars getting a huge job done. They were courteous, knowledgeable and extremely hard working. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again.

Jacob came in and got the job done in minutes! We have had this problem for quite a while and he knocked it out in no time! He had epic customer service and made sure I understood everything going on. The entire process was seamless! We can see the drain again!!! Seriously give this guy a raise!!

I appreciate that 1-Tom-Plumber is friends and if you are looking for a company that has the latest/greatest technology, this company has it. I appreciate that I get a heads up text reminding me of my appointment AND I get a text when my plumber is heading my way AND I get a picture/name of who will be arriving at my house. Love that they take the time to explain the issue, the options, and next steps. Justin and Ian were fantastic when they came to my house, they kept me informed every step of the way and paid attention to the small details which showed their above and beyond approach to their work.
