Andy came out to my house to look into why my gas fireplace would no longer light. He did an excellent job, inspecting everything for safety, making sure everything was clean and explained what needed to be fixed and why things weren’t working the way they should. After reassembly, the fireplace looks amazing and he took special care to explain all the safety features and things to watch out for. I can’t thank them enough for the great service and the time spent with me! I highly recommend for all of your fireplace needs in the Louisville area!

Andy was a game changer today! Allgeier was able to fit us in their schedule the same day and sent Andy out as our technician. Not only was he professional and knowledgeable, but he was a wealth of information on how to maintain our system and stay ahead of big issues! Absolutely thankful for that! I had a client who was under contract to buy a home, we had two contractors come out to come out to look at the property. One said that they would fix it for like $3,000 less than Sam quoted. However, Sam really dove into the problem and found the root of the problem and how it needed to be addressed to be fully resolved. Unfortunately, the house fell through so I didn’t get to actually work with Sam after that initial consultation but he was amazing and very informative about what he was explaining

Our furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year so far, we called Allgeier Air, was was pleasantly greeted, and was able to get someone out same day to check it out. We're thankful for the quick response and service from our Tech Andy. Unfort. the unit was a larger issue needing complex repairs, which to our amazement was completed the next day. Andy was willing to answer any questions we had, educate us on the costs/benefits, and provided some suggestions on how to better our efficiency/protect our investment. Not to mention we noticed our unit is now so quite we can't hear it start up, unlike before. Andy was professional, and kind. Due to the complexity of our repair, I am extremely impressed with the quality of service provided by the whole process, and the speed of their response/repair. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend will use again.

Sam was great when scheduling my service appointment and answering all my questions. Appreciate the call ahead before Connor came out. He is very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained everything about our furnace system including what was wrong, process for attaching a humidifier and quote for adding heat/ac to a sunroom. Definitely feel at ease knowing we're in good hands.

My experience with The Fire Place (aka Allgeier Air) was bad. I requested service for an issue with the pilot on my gas logs. Ended up spending hundreds for a cleaning, and a quote of nearly a thousand to revamp the entire unit. A qualified competitor diagnosed a faulty pilot assembly in 10 minutes and replaced it for less than half the quote from The Fire Place. No response to my formal request for a refund. “Bait & Hook” attempt. Unqualified technician. Use a different company.

Andy was excellent! I called Allgeier Air for a second opinion on my split system. He took the time to review the units and offer suggestions. The first company recommended I replace the entire system for $10,000. Andy recommended I wait until the proper time of year to retest the cooling (heat was working properly) then assess the options then. I’ll be calling them again for heating and air needed.

Our geothermal went out and we immediately called Allgeier. Mr Allgeier sent out his best man, Ronnie. Ronnie is so knowledgeable on geothermal systems that he diagnosed our problem and fixed it in no time. Mr. Allgeier cares about his companys reputation and his customers. Ronnie is so talented that he could probably build a geothermal system from scratch in his garage. We are so pleased we purchased a service agreement with Allgeier Air. My home is warm and cozy again!!
