My water heater started leaking on Christmas Eve. The owner quickly responded to my text, came out to Shepherdsville first thing on the 26th and quickly replaced the water heater. He was knowledgeable, honest, very kind, and affordable.

Absolutely the worst group I have ever dealt with. I invested almost 30,000 dollars for them to renovate a bathroom and fix plumbing in my house. They did not complete the contract nor did they follow through. Currently have no water pressure, leaking showers and pipes, no drywall patching, and the owner has zero integrity. I say this because he contacted me after my first review a few weeks ago, set a time to inspect and didn’t even show up. I called him out on it and he would not reply. Do not recommend, their work is well below standard with zero ethics. Don’t waste your money.

Very pleased with Johnny and Jeremy. They changed out the water heater in our house in record time. They come highly recommended.

Austin Bryan Plumbing help me out with an issue at one of our rentals today. I have never worked with them before and they were quick to respond by phone. Showed up to the property within a hour and a half. Problem fixed, tenant and landlord are happy. I will definitely use them again.

These guys do a great job. we have had them change out sump pumps, change out a outsider water faucet and a few other plumbing issues. They always leave everything clean and neat and are very reasonable and easy to deal with. Very happy with them

These guys are the best! I called them out of the blue and from out of town for an emergency repair at my elderly parents' house. They did a great job and were great to my folks, too, and I appreciated both things very much. If you are like me and need to remotely arrange some work for your parents, you can trust these guys, and that means a lot.

The first time I had to call them was during the ice storm after everything had melted. They were swamped (no pun intended) but squeezed me into their schedule. They said the sump pump could be a cheap fix and gave us the option to just do it on our own (didn't charge us for the visit) but they didn't know who they were dealing with and I had to call them a month later, LOL. Here I am, flooded basement again, and they were REALLY quick to get out here and fix it. I'm not sure if the cost is low/average/high for plumbing stuff, but I do know it looks so much nicer and they were so quick to fix it (my guy was Jeremiah and he was in and out in less than 30 minutes repairing the whole pipe and sump pump!) I'll always recommend them from here on out. 🙌

I would like to send an appreciation shout out to these two life saver guys Caleb and Trent. Omg!!! They came to our rescue and replaced our water heater that went out so quickly. The way they tagged teamed together their hard work is greatly appreciated. THANKS AGAIN TO OUR LIFE SAVERS MR. CALEB AND MR. TRENT.
