Installed new Rheem hasn’t instant hot water heater with recirculating pump and never bothered to program it or confirm it was working properly. Within two weeks it nearly blew up our house and he just referred us to Rheem warranty.

Eric is great! Timely, fair and reasonable. Very trustworthy plumber. Recommend him to everyone.

He is very reasonably priced, does a good job. I will use him again.
