The service we received from Brainer was outstanding. The person who answered the phone was very professional and helpful. She scheduled a visit for the same afternoon. The service technician was capable and had our best interest in mind as he diagnosed the issue, went and purchased the parts for us and brought them back the same day to be installed. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs water heater assistance.

They wore booties, covered up items in the room since they were cutting drywall, and did a great job cleaning up! They were kind and professional. They found an electrical issue while they were here and brought it to my attention as well. Would highly recommend Brainer Plumbing!

My most recent encounter involved replacing all the 60+ year old cast iron leaking pipes in my basement to a simple toilet installation they are professional, courteous. Kudos to Jonathan and Nick?
