Charlie and his team were great! We called them thinking we needed a significant amount of work done, and when they came out they came up with a better and more cost effective solution! Great communication, quick turnaround for scheduling, and their work has our HVAC working the way it should. Would definitely recommend!

Can't say enough good things about Charlie Sondergeld Services. Another local company (PlumbRight Services) broke 50ft of their snake off in our main clean-out and initially gave us a lot of grief to remove it, saying that we wanted them to do the repair for free. That wasn't the case at all. We just wanted the snake out of our drain. Speaking to a retired plumber, we were referred to Charlie Sondergeld. When Lisa answered the phone, we immediately felt we had a company that we could trust. Ultimately, the other company quoted us a price to do the work, but would not perform an emergency removal of their snake, instead put us on their schedule for two weeks down the road, even after hearing that waste was backing up in the toilets and around main drain as a result of the snake being stuck in the drain. Lisa sent Charlie out to give us an estimate. Charlie agreed to do the work at the same price as the other company. Charlie had a crew in our yard the very next morning at 8:15. The work was completed and there was extra cost involved. Upon learning that we were only at the house to sell it, and that we actually lived out of state, Charlie agreed to waive the additional costs. Great work done. Great crew. Lisa was concerned and consoling and Charlie was a blessing!
