Durbin Plumbing

What a blessing! We had a major plumbing issue and it was causing a BIG mess in our bathroom. Durbin arrived at just the right time and fixed the issue in less than an hour- and at a great price. Friendly, courteous plumbers. I could tell they had a lot of experience as they predicted exactly what the issue was and then promptly fixed it. I will be recommending Durbin to my friends and neighbors.

I rated low because they sent out another company American Leak Detection Inc, to perform a job. The guy cut holes where there were NO pipes visible. He cut in the ceiling walls and ect. Then asked if there was any where else he should cut??? SIR, I am not a plumber. Anyway, now neither Durbin or American Leak will pay for fixing the holes in our bathroom. This is ridiculous. On top of that the issue still wasn't resolved. We contacted a different agency and they were able to fix the issue WITHOUT making any cuts in our walls! Ridiculous! Our home warranty pushed for this company, so we're leaving them also.

Such a nice company to deal with my plumbing issue. Called before they came, assessed the situation, went and got parts and all was done in about an hour. He was very polite and cleaned up after himself. Would highly recommend this locally owned business for your plumbing needs.

Doug, Tina, and Josh were awesome to work with. I needed a new water heater, and they went above and beyond to file on my behalf. They even saved me money as they knew it was covered under warranty, drove a great distance to pick up and deliver the replacement water heater and ensure that everything was fixed, replaced and cleaned up after! I can't recommend them enough. And for those asking, I do have a home warranty and they went the extra mile there too to keep me and the home warranty company informed of the water heater's warranty status.

I called Durbin Plumbing due to an emergency situation. Tina Durbin answered the phone (she does it all!!). She was able to get me on the schedule that day. Plumber (Josh) came by to look at my issue and was able to provide a quick solution. He also gave me some advice on some other minor plumbing questions. He was very knoldegeable. Overall, I was exremely impressed with the response and the service. I will always use Durbin plumbing.

Another home Warranty reviewer. They came through and said 2-10 warranty wouldn't cover my piping due to a lawsuit. We called 2-10 warranty and they said Durbin hadn't submitted a written diagnosis and he blamed it on the fact 2-10 had a foreign call center. All they had to do was send an email diagnosis. Meantime my l house is leaking for a week and a half. Plenty water damage. We got another plumbing company to look at it. I told them I'd come out of pocket personally to at least clamp the leak. Guess what it was a $300 fix and 2-10 covered it after one phonecall. I see other 5 star reviews here but, I imagine if you're going to them through a warranty company the business will not be good. If they had done a decent job we would've paid them out to refit the faulty plumbing in our house not covered by 2-10 but, I've seen and experienced everything I need to know.

They are local, family owned and operated. Tina did wonderful at booking me for my water heater replacement. She has excellent customer service and communication. I will also receive a $100 gas gift card for purchasing a water heater with them, I look forward to getting that gas gift card. Josh the plumber was on time and did excellent work. He got me the water heater I ask for and he installed it the same day. They understood my situation and They were able to work their scheduled to come see me the same day. I am very grateful for all their help. I highly recommend them. Call them any day of the week and they will be in touch with you 100%. Thank you again Durbin plumbing! I will definitely have them on my contacts for my next plumbing needs. I also want to add that I did try Lowes hardware store and at least 7 other local plumbers and no one got back to me. As far as Lowes hardware it was impossible trying to get some help inside the store. All the employees hide and avoid customers. So don't waste your time and energy with other places. Just call Durbin and get it done!
