Glanz & Buffat Plumbing, Heating and Cooling

My wife and I have been a customer of Glanz Buffat Plumbing & Heating for over 25 years. We finally had to have a new furnace put in and they completed it today. The team that put it in did fantastic job! They were very polite and informative and when they were finished, the cleanup was spectacular. I highly recommend them for your next HVAC heat pump system.

Kelly and Troy installed a new York high efficiency 2 stage air conditioner yesterday at my home. They arrived on time, installed it in a timely manner and were very kind and courteous. I have had Glanz-Buffat do twice a year maintenance on my previous HVAC for the past 9 years. All of the technicians have been good and very nice. They wear shoe covers which I like. It’s cooling my home very well. Something that was awesome was that Troy noticed that my American flag was not in the holder that was attached to my wooden fence, because the screws had worked their way loose and it was about to fall off so I had taken the flag out, lest it fall on the ground. He offered to fix it and I gladly accepted! When they left, the flag was waving proudly. Thank you! What an appropriate story on Flag Day! 🇺🇸

We called Glanz and Buffat to service our air conditioner. It was a great experience from the very beginning. We spoke with Haley to get our appointment scheduled and she was super friendly and great to work with. Our technician was Dave was very efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I highly recommend this company!! Great service and great pricing.

Would absolutely recommend Glanz and Buffat to my family and friends (actually already have) everyone from the first phone call to the last service technician leaving were extremely professional. All questions were answered, we were given all the information we needed, and never once did we feel like we were “a bother” to anyone. Everyone one was on time, arrived when they said they would be here, they kept things clean while they worked and made sure that all areas were left just as they found them ! Nothing bad to say about this company or the employees!

When our furnace went out at 11 PM on Friday and it was 22 degrees outside, we were panicked. With a 2-year-old and a 5-week-old baby in the house, we didn’t know what to do. Kelly came to our rescue in the middle of the night and worked tirelessly until 2:30 AM, doing everything he could to keep our 20-year-old furnace running to get us through until morning. Ultimately, it was time for a replacement, and Kelly didn’t miss a beat. He was back first thing Saturday morning and had our new furnace installed and running by noon. Kelly’s work ethic, dedication, and compassion are unmatched. He’s helped us on numerous occasions, and every time, we’ve had a wonderful experience!

We have used Glanz and Buffat for years. We had a leak in the basement ceiling over the weekend. Jerry came to the house on a Sunday morning. He found a pin hole leak in a copper pipe. He was able to go through the drywall in a closet to reach the leak and fix it. Minimal mess and inconvenience. Jerry was great. Very professional and thorough. There’s a reason this company has been in business for decades. Highly recommended.
