Tom and Nolan came to help me with a major clog in my house. They talked me through everything to educate me on my plumbing, were very kind and thorough with their work. Pricing was fair, especially compared to bigger companies. Will definitely call them again if I need them in the future.

We have used H20 for old clogged pipes and for new construction. In all cases they have been fantastic. Plumbing is never cheap, but having helpful, trustworthy, and respectful workers that do quality work makes choosing H20 easy. Finding a good plumber is not easy. We had a few plumbing issues along with a small gas leak in a new construction home we recently moved into. We didn't originally use H20, but Tom Jones and Nolan came out and their professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail is something you don't see much of anymore. Tom took the time to explain why we were having issues and how he was going to fix them. It was also great to see how he shared his knowledge and experience with Nolan who was his apprentice, I believe. I can only speak to my experience with Tom, but it appears H20 hires the right people and wants to make sure the customer is taken care of. I couldn't recommend them enough.
