In 2022 I hired Jack Senn Plumbing to fix a water leak in my waterline from the meter and replace the water valve inside my house. The plumber that installed my waterline when the house was built used a steel pipe to bring the water into the house. That pipe was the source of the leak. Jack Senn installed a contraption on the end of the pipe to connect with one inch pex which came into the house at a different location than the original waterline. This required them to cut away one of the framing 2x4s to get the waterline connected to the water in the house. The entire repair appeared to be “cobbed” up. I paid them over $3000 to do this repair. Less than two years later the water line repair started leaking, I was getting water in my basement because they did not use any sealant around the new pex waterline coming into my house. Hindsight tells me the entire repair was inferior and I was lucky that it lasted as long as it did. I do not recommend Jack Senn plumbing for any plumbing repairs you may need in your house.

7/29/22 Update: I have had them come out again to fix another leak under my kitchen sink (next to previous repair), they have repaired it at no charge even though technically it wasn't exactly the same leak. They stand behind their work! Keeping them as a contact to use in the future. Highly recommended!!! 7/25/22 Jack Seen is great. Called them and they came right out to fix a few things I needed repaired. Their cost was very reasonable. I will definitely use and call them the next time I am needing a plumber! A+A+A+

Don't ever use a different company. I made the mistake of letting my general contractor use "his" plumber on a bathroom remodel and learned that lesson the hard way. Jack Senn is the best and it's not even close.

On time. Cleaned up behind themselves. Very reasonable pricing. Most friendly contractors I have had lately. I would recommend them and have to anyone.

They do great honest work for you at a reasonable prices! There's no job to small. David and his team have done work for us. When they are finished with your job they cleanup all of their mess.

Called him up on a Thursday afternoon and he was able to fit us in the next day. Had wonderful communication, gave plenty of heads up and even showed up early. Was thorough and professional. Would highly recommend!

Jack Senn Plumbing has done a terrific job for us over the years. Dependable, quality work every time!

I will never use any other plumbers but these people.they are the best!!!!!!
