Knowledgeable on what was wrong. Had to follow up, fix an area we had a different plumbers work. Glad these guys were able to finally fix it the right way. Explained everything each step of the way. Nice, even showed me the pipe that was bulging. Cleaned up afterwards. Definitely keeping their number for anything else I might have. Thank you!

They did a poor job, made a mess and didn't clean up at all if they did them kid at 5 years old could of done way better. Had no pride in what they where doing and when I offered suggestion, they got mad. I shouldn't even give them a star. I wish I could show u the mess in my bathroom they made. And when they saw the leak they went upstairs and ran the water even long to the point I had to scream many times for them to stop running the water and that's what made it even worse. I felt as if they did it on purpose bec if u see where it was leaking from why even turn on the water at all. I've been in construction for 40 years and never had I seen grown men act like this in all the construction site I've been on or residential at that matter . Not mad but pissed off . I shouldnt have to tell anyone that they should clean up there mess at all. WOW, Sad, really sad with these guys . But with the money they said they charged I would of thought it would of been fixed right and with professionalism and that should of cleaned this bathroom. And it wasn't even my leak in the first place it was the upstairs drain and I was the one to suffer when they went through my ceiling andhe people here she they would put it bad together and now I have a hole and mud and dirt every where in here thanks for the mess and the leak jays plumbing. Damn u guys

IT’S A SCAM. AVOID THEM IF YOU ARE A LOOKING FOR PLUMBING HELP FOR YOUR BUSINESS. Read my experience below and not even Jay’s Plumbing can deny any of the following: The only good thing that happened in doing business was that I had a plumber on-site on the same day. On the morning of 4/14/22, I contacted Jay’s Plumbing to repair a commercial old-school boiler. Within 3 hours of my call to them, I had Mike on-site to help me. He diagnosed the problem, suggested that the circulation pump, flow switch, and a one temperature and pressure valve needs to be replaced, which was about $2000. I was hesitant to agree to it, because I knew that those parts would only cost me $1000-$1200. It was an emergency so I had to agree to it. Mike went to get the needed parts and comes back almost 3 hours later, obviously on me. Mike takes another 2 hours to replace old parts, but the boiler doesn’t start. Mike then suggests that he will look into it and will come back tomorrow. Obviously, I had to pay him for the day before he left with unfinished work. Mike wrote a ticket of $3714.14 which included parts (~$2000), service call ($89.50), and his labor of 6 hours ($792 @ $132 per hour). I was so frustrated because I had to pay him even after unfinished work, so I made the check to Jay’s Plumbing of $3714.14. Later that night, I checked the receipt and the numbers didn’t add up. The total was actually $2832.64. A difference of $881.50, which I paid more. Overnight, I had to contact another plumbers and thankfully they were able to locate a minor problem that get it fixed. Next day, I got in contact with Mike again and I informed him of the discrepancy in the total and it seemed that he was expecting that call. He was quick to say I’ll get the refund before even checking that error himself. Mike came with the refund check and noted that the plumber would have fixed the boiler from opening a panel on the boiler and turning on the tiny switch inside the boiler that got tripped. SO, MIKE OVERCHARGED FOR THE PARTS, TOOK HIS TIME TO GET THE PARTS, TRIED TO SCAM FOR MORE MONEY. Mike could have fixed it same day, but knowingly didn’t fix it so he could come next day and overcharge. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. I have already contacted near-by businesses like mine to not contact Jay’s Plumbing anymore. I will be filling a complaint with the the Division of Plumbing at the Kentucky Department of Housing, Building, and Construction. I will also file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. I will do everything in my power to make sure that the experience I had isn’t repeated with someone else too.

Jeremiah in dispatch was quick and professional as well as re assuring. My techs, Jon and DJ, showed up early and quickly had my repairs taken care of with no mess and no fuss. Price was great and I highly recommend using Jay's. This is my fourth or fifth time using them for plumbing emergencies in my rental properties as well as my own home. Highly recommend.

Another big local plumbing name refused to work on the burst pipes in our bathroom due to how it was built. This was after agreeing to do the work and showing up in force. Jay's, who gave us a quote before them, knew what actually needed to be done and got us back up and running. Would highly recommend!

Failed to show up as promised and no call. They drag the work for several days so they can get more money out of you. Jr a manager is rude too, I 'll never use them again.

Very fair, very clean.. they fixed everything like I expected it should be. I'd use them again for sure!!! They came back for no extra cost to make sure I was happy!!

Kyle and Chris did a wonderful job. I will definitely use Jay’s Plumbing in the future.
