Such a wonderful experience! We were nervous when our warranty company paired us and we looked at some reviews. But our experience was quick, seamless, and couldnāt have been easier. Rodney Alexander was the technician who installed our new system and he was great. He took the time to explain the new system and its operation. I would 100% use Jefferson Plumbing in the future!

I contracted Jefferson Plumbing through my warranty service, and my experience has been incredibly disappointing. They were scheduled to come out and were supposed to call me beforehand. I waited all day with my phone in hand, as it was crucial to get this issue resolved before I left town the next day. After multiple attempts to confirm their arrival the day before, I called the warranty service once more to ensure they were still coming. The only confirmation I received was a text message about the timeframe. When the time came and they were still not there, I managed to reach Jefferson Plumbing. To my disbelief, they claimed that their technician had already visited and called me. I assured them that there were no missed calls on my phoneāmy call log confirms this. It was frustrating to be met with such blatant dishonesty. I would not recommend this company based on my experience. --- Feel free to adjust any part of it to better reflect your feelings!

Just say NO!!! Jefferson Plumbing was sent to me by my Home Warranty Company. With that being said, Online there is an option to switch to another company....SWITCH!!! Matthew came out to my house for a standard sink stoppage. He could not snake it, get through the stoppage through my sink. He said he was going to go look in the basement. Next thing we hear is and explosion of water. Upon entering the basement laundry room, Matthew opened up the septic cleaning cap and filled our basement with sewage, and said. There's your stoppage, joking around as we are mortified at the crap in our basement. He proceeded to snake it from there and said it was it was clear and we probably had a full septic tank. Granted this is my first house with the septic tank and we have only lived here a year. We paid him the $100 call out fee and called the Septic company to pump out the tank. The sink was still stopped up. I called Jefferson Plumbing back and asked if they could please come back out and re-snake my sink I was met with a very rude and defensive lady who said she was aware of my septic problem and was told that they could not come back out without going back through the warranty company and paying another $100 charge. After trying to explain that the septic was not the issue, she kept interupting, and when I asked ask if I could please finish talking she slighted her tone and elevated her voice a few octanes. I told her that I had a basement full of crap water and a sink was still stopped up. And I just paid $399.for SEPTIC clean out at her technicians advisement. She said they are not responsible to cleanup water hazardous waste mess and I sould call Serve Pro or someone. And then said that no one could come out till 3 days later anyways. Needless to say I called another Plumber and they bled the sewer cleanout line in the basement properly, and snaked it with a much BIGGER snake and then used pressurized water to clean the mainline since it had sat dormant for awhile before we moved in and sludge had built up in the pipe. They used a camera showed me. Jefferson Plumbing is a joke. Their not even a member of BBB Customer service is Rude and very unapologetic. They did cash my check and then canceled my service call with warranty company like they were never here. Pretty shady. Now I have to go through refund process. Do not call them.

Worst experience with any vendor that I have ever had. Tami told the installer if I didn't pay $100 cash for work that they didn't perform then he needed to take my hot water heater back out. It was under my American Home Warranty account that was covered. I would not let them change my water house out. Installer was not but didn't know the codes for installation in a garage over concrete. Very unprofessional.

These people came to my house threw my home warranty (First american). They was a hour and a half late. I called multiple times and no one answered the phone. He finally called saying he was on his way. No apology or anything. I couldn't even stay because he did not come during the scheduled appointment time and I had to get my kids. He claim he fixed the toilet that was running. A week later it's running again. He claimed he fixed the kitchen skin that was leaking but all he did was tighten it. If that's all it needed I would not have contacted a plumber. I called multiple times today to see if they could correct the issues I paid for and no one answered the phone the entire day. Also you can not leave messages. If your home warranty tries to send these people your way, decline their services.

Today Jefferson Plumbing came out to my apartment complex to replace a water heater that burst. Due to the technicianās mistake, he went to the incorrect unit number. The incorrect unitās water heater had no issues (obviously) so the tech quickly took off. My property manager made contact with Jefferson Plumbing less than 30 minutes of the techās departure and surfaced the techās error and reminded him of the correct unit number. This was an emergency replacement and Jefferson refused to come back out that day, when the tech was less than 30 minutes departed from the property. To add insult to injury, the receptionist was far from pleasant to my property manager. That is putting it mildly. From my experience dealing with Jefferson Plumbing, they are negligent, rude and not accountable for their own actions. They did not care about my tenant being displaced and didnāt make any attempt to make things right or take accountability for their error. I would recommend anybody but Jefferson Plumbing, I doubt that it can get much worst so your luck is better anywhere else! Judging by the plethora of other negative reviews, I am not the only one who feels this way!

They were contracted by our home warranty. One of the worst customer experiences Iāve had over the phone. They were originally scheduled for a Monday (7 days after the claim was initiated), that got pushed to Tuesday because the products werent shipped on time, then the truck didnāt show up Tuesday and it got pushed to Friday (11 days from the claim). When the plumber did arrive, they replaced the water heater and in the process broke our A/C line and now we have to wait for an HVAC company to come out. They of course are paying for it, but said we could expect a call from the HVAC company in the morning of Monday 4/3. Itās now 11:30 am and I had to call Jefferson Plumbing to find out whatās going on, they proceed to yell at me saying itās being worked on, itās not their company, etc. I hung up on her and called HVAC+ personally. They were incredibly understanding and apologetic about the situation and said they are doing what they can to get us scheduled for today. I will explicitly ask to never work with Jefferson Plumbing again. The front desk person alone is enough to drive you away.

All the technicians I worked with were great, but Tammy was extremely rude. She acted like I was out of line for requesting an invoice or a receipt for the $400 I unexpectedly had to pay. We used the home warranty company and they told us that the water heater replacement and install would be covered. Jefferson Plumbing let the warranty company know that our out of pocket cost would be $470 for DISPOSAL. Note that it clearly stated disposal, not labor + disposal. We disposed of the water heater ourselves and when the plumber arrived, we all of a sudden had a $395 charge for labor and install. So, if you take in account the dispatch fee, the cost of the actual warranty, and this unexpected ālaborā cost, we paid well over $1000 for a $500 water heater and went TWO WEEKS without hot water. Steer clear of this company.
