We recently had a complete AC and furnace replacement performed by KCC, and it couldn't have been easier. Everything was fast, and they beat other quotes by a mile. Danny didn't try upselling or high-pressure tactics and listened to our needs and preferences to recommend replacement units that were as plug and play with our existing infrastructure as possible. Installers were friendly and hard-working, and it was clear they cared about doing quality work, even in spite of a few unexpected challenges. We just had the county inspector out yesterday and everything passed with flying colors. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for fair prices, quality work, and exceptional customer service.

Fair pricing for great service. Blake was friendly and very considerate, even wore boot covers to keep my floors clean. He explained the problem simply and told me how I can avoid the issue in the future. Highly recommend KCC 👍🏼

I highly recommend KCC Heating and Cooling. I called and it was good to hear friendly customer service because the other companies I had called were not so friendly. I had Ronnie come out the same day and he did not leave until he got my heat back on. You guys are awesome because I was worried about the cold temps this week. Our experiences with KCC have been nothing short of phenomenal. Not only are they friendly, personable and reliable, but they're really, really good. When I've called, the phone was immediately answered by a real live person who figured out who I needed to talk to and connected me directly to another real live purson. No hold music. No robots. No frustrating menus. Just good, kind people. Both technicians who came out were pleasant and respectful and they also took the time to answer my many questions and help me understand how to improve the quality of my home's environment. We are flag-flying loyal customers from now on!

We are always satisfied with their products and maintenance of them. Big plus: Never do they pressure their customers to purchase something they don’t need!
