Louisville Mechanical replaced my tired and aging furnace and AC with a high efficiency HVAC system. The installer was very experienced with many years in the HVAC industry he called prior to arrival and was always on time. His professionalism and attention to detail was amazing! The old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed same day, he did not leave until the heat was back on. The installer came back the next morning and installed the outside AC unit. He tested the complete system and went over the operation and maintenance. Since we were so happy with Louisville Mechanical, I had them replace my old water heater with a high efficiency tankless unit. This involved draining and hauling away the old water heater, installing the tankless unit with new plumbing, venting and electrical. Their installer arrived on time and completed the installation in one day. He went over the operation and maintenance and ensured we had hot water before he left. I typically do not leave reviews but they made the entire experience very easy, their communication and workmanship was fantastic!
