I do not trust this company or their management. I wish I would have read the reviews on FB and BBB before selecting them. We were extremely displeased after having our airducts cleaned by Maeser. First of all, they did not send a licensed technician, only apprentices. They couldn’t even get the vent covers back on and left fingerprints all over the ceiling and walls. They left dust and dirt everywhere. Scratched up our newly painted walls. I can't imagine what is all over our new furniture. We had another local company inspect ducts for damage and luckily there was none however, they found insulation blown into our ducts somehow. While they did offer initially to have someone inspect our ducts for damage (I politely declined this as I was concerned about the filth of our house not our ducts at that point and I felt like they could be dishonest given I can’t see the ducts, so we had another company inspect). No one offered to do anything about the mess. After I sent cleaning and repair quotes which totaled $7000, they laughed and said they would not pay for those repairs. They actually flat out admitted that they refused to look at my photos. I had to ask to speak to the next higher manager until I got to the GM. (Many times a receptionist would tell me someone was unavailable. I’d hang up and call right back and a different receptionist would put me right through.) By this time, 2 1/2 weeks had gone by and I had already cleaned so much up. GM acted helpful at first, that he’d install an air filter and have our house mediated. when I started asking about the cleaning company that would be doing the work (bc I wanted to know who would be in our home and what cleaning products they’d be using) he wouldn’t give me that info. When I told him I needed to have this info, he said he couldn’t work with me anymore. We were delayed moving into our new house an entire month because of their mess. I was away from my 5 kids including a nursing infant so much during this time, it effected our family on more levels than just having a filthy house. We homeschool and are now behind a month bc of the work I had to do on my own to clean up the mess. I also work part time. We’ve now lost our fall, spring, and winter breaks bc we will be playing catch up. Thankfully we were not paying rent or that would’ve been an additional sum of money we’d be out. Also, read everything you sign carefully. maeser has you sign a document after services stating that you are satisfied with their services. My husband unfortunately signed one without thinking about it. The apprentices had been there for over 3 hrs and he was just ready for them to leave. Luckily we didn’t pay for the service bc they couldn’t get their iPads to work. They never sent us an invoice. We ended up having our ducts cleaned by another company and our experience was completely different. This other company obviously knew what they were doing and everyone I talked to was very helpful and informative. They left no mess whatsoever. Also do your research on who is certified by the national air duct cleaning association. Maeser is not

This is our third experience with Maeser and it's been 5 star service every time, and consistently above and beyond our expectations. Our tech today was Addison - he was kind, worked quickly, and cleaned up thoroughly when finished. He did a great job taking care of our projects, and the cost was very reasonable. I appreciate that there's no service fee, all work is estimated up front and there's no pressure to do any of it if cost prohibitive.

I am very satisfied with the Maeser installation team. These fellows were very experienced and professional. They worked long and hard in +97° temperatures to complete the removal of my old HVAC system and the installation of my new units in record time, less then 6 hours. Great work and I highly recommend them.

I recently had a water leak outside, I called Maeser to handle the repair. They were prompt, professional, and efficient. Despite the challenging location of the leak, they identified the problem and got to work. The job was completed, and they left my landscaping tidy. I'm extremely satisfied with their service. They did a GREAT JOB !!

This company does plumbing as well. They repiped my sink so it would not stop up anymore. They also did a new sump pump with a battery back up system. Things are working great. Thank you Corbin Van Nes and William Vincent. We will definitely use them again.

Horrible experience! I wouldn't say these people are professionals or know what they're doing. I called them because there's humidity and leak damage on the ceiling of the first floor closet. The bathroom upstairs is right on top of it. And what do they do? Open a hole on my kids bedroom, next to the bathroom to "find the problem" nothing. They left after charging $160 for nothing. My husband and I tried to fix the ceiling today and found the leak, it was fhe toilet and not the shower. So they open a hole on a wall for no reason at all.

About a month ago I had them check my mom’s a/c because it wasn’t blowing very cold. A technician put some Freon it but let me know it had a slow leak. He gave me an estimate for that repair if she wanted to pursue it at a later date. Last week her house was hot again so she decided to go ahead with the repair. After discussing it with the tech, it turned out a new outside unit wasn’t much more than the repair and she decided to go ahead and get a new unit. Made total sense to go that route. Hers was about 12 years old so it was a matter of time anyway. They were prompt, friendly, and got her all set up with some nice cold air and she won’t have to worry about it for a long while. Everyone is always so nice from the folks in the office to the techs, installers, and the plumbers. Maeser is my go to for anything I need! They’re honest and not pushy with extra work. I really appreciate that!
