I have worked with McGinnis on multiple occasions, and they never disappoint. Darrell, his techs and office staff are very professional and always do a great job. You can’t go wrong with McGinnis Heating and Cooling.

Last year we had our HVAC replaced by McGinnis. We were pleased. As part of the service contract our AC was serviced and no problems. They were supposed to come out to check the heating unit under the same service contract. We made an appointment and nobody showed. We called several times and sent emails and never got a response. I made another appointment on their website. Again nobody showed up and no response. I sent another email asking for an explanation and received no reply. At this point leaving 1 star is 1 star too many. We were going to sign up for another service contract but that will not happen now. Will be looking for another firm to service our HVAC unit. Very disappointed!!!!

McGinnis Heating & Cooling is the best HVAC company I’ve ever worked with. Their technicians are always prompt and extremely knowledgeable about their business. Last year I had an emergency and they responded that same day. They were the first company to ever respond that fast. And their prices are always fair. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my HVAC system.

My first encounter with McGinnis Heating & Cooling was over seven years ago when I called about my AC unit in my residence. When Darrell came out, he was very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the problem I was having with my unit. There was no, “Well, we can try this, or let’s see if that works.” He explained several options I could take that would resolve my situation and explained the pros and or cons for each option. He did not over charge me or try to sell me items I did not need. Of course I went with the cheapest option, times were hard for me at that time. I was so impressed with Darrell’s work and prices, that I still call on McGinnis Heating & Cooling for all my HVAC needs. They recently completed an entire HVAC system install for my commercial business. So, I can testify that they can handle residential and commercial jobs. They also clean up behind themselves. I have watched this business grow substantially over the years. Sometimes when businesses grow, they tend to lose their quality of service and their focus on making sure that their customer is satisfied with the service they were provided. This did not happen with McGinnis Heating & Cooling. It seems that the more they grow the more efficient and personable their team gets. Doing an entire commercial buildout was no walk in the park. Darrell worked very hard to make sure everything was up and running for our opening. McGinnis Heating & Cooling continues to be the service provider for our HVAC systems. I highly recommend!

McGinnis Heating & Cooling installed our conditioning unit for us when we first bought our home back in 2018. They provide me with routine maintenance and if I ever have any issues or concerns regarding heating or cooling, the customer service is always fast, seamless and affordable. Since DAY ONE, I’ve been provided with prestige customer service. Thank you guys!

The guys came at the time they said they would would. They put their covers over their shoes and went straight to work. I asked them if they needed anything they said that they got it. In just a few hours I had a new furnace and central air unit. All the work look neat and professional they tested all the equipment and cleaned up very neatly. I was very well pleased with the work the courtesy of the workers and the function of the equipment I would recommend McGinnis Heating and Air to everyone I know

I used McGinnis Heating and Cooling when my A/C unit at my home broke down during the summer time and could not be fixed. McGinnis Heating and Cooling did not hesitate and got me up and running right away. It was last minute and they was able get me schedule and back in my home with air conditioning asap.
