Sal came out and cleared out my drain. This is the most professional company I have dealt with is several years of being a homeowner. Everyone from the time I called was very nice. I will definitely give them more business in the future. I have a service contract with another company that has raised their prices above the quality of their work. I can see myself switching to their company for all my future needs.

I’ll be honest and say that when I made the appointment I was unfamiliar with the size of this company and thought they were smaller. I was also unaware that there is a full system check when they come out for a service call. I only had one outlet that doesn’t work consistently on my list for the technician to check. After checking over the entire house, crawl space, breaker, and meter, we were provided with a list of issues that were found. Two of these were more problematic and riskier to leave unrepaired. We have lived in this house for 16.5 years. It’s owned by my husband’s family (who built it), so there are plenty of folks around who are familiar with it. We have had a bunch of technicians of all types in our crawl space over the years (and we have been in it too). Not one person saw, until yesterday, that there was a light fixture in the crawl space that had basically started to disintegrate. The fixture and set-up were not coded for wet spaces, and there could easily be a problem with a power surge that could cause a fire. When we saw the total for the repairs, we were surprised to say the least. Our technician worked with us to prioritize the repairs so that we could spread out the costs. This is very helpful since the hubs had been out on worker’s comp for over a year. This company has a “preferred customer” plan that is similar to some other companies we have worked with in the past. The difference is that this technician was considerate, applied no pressure, let us determine what to fix now, and showed us tons of pricing options. I think he was here for at least 3 hours working with us, including a call to investigate financing options. He didn’t try to sell us anything we didn’t need and we felt cared for from the start. I have documentation of everything, that includes photos, so that we can pluck away at projects and repairs as we are ready. Jamie (technician) was fantastic, and we may be (probably) canceling our preferred customer membership with our old company after this first set of repairs is done. Highly recommend.

Charles was great! Very friendly and polite. He reviewed what he was going to do on the service call and completed the job in a timely manner. He gets 5 stars. However, as a service club member, I am provided HVAC filters and a new UV bulb during heat check. Even after calling a week before appointment to remind about this, the tech was not provided the information and did not have those materials. Not a big deal as they will come back out and provide those. How do I know, not the first time it’s happened.

We had a drain issue with our washer/kitchen sink on a Sunday afternoon and Peterman was able to come out the next day. The Peterman plumber that came out snaked the washer drain, but ultimately thought it needed a longer snake and would send someone out the next day. Unfortunately, the appointment the next day kept getting pushed back and ultimately rescheduled. This was quite frustrating, so why the 5-star review, you ask? Because Sal was worth the wait! He was professional - kept things orderly and cleaned up at the end. He explained steps as he went - there were no surprises in the process. And even when the issue took additional brainstorming and out-of-the-box thinking to diagnose, he was communicative through the whole process. I can't speak to any of their other services, but I would recommend Sal at Peterman for your plumbing issues!

Eric Graham was absolutely professional in every way. He did a thorough check on all my plumbing. If I asked a question he explained in detail what I needed to know. I would not hesitate to ask him to come back if I have any plumbing problems. Peterman Brothers are fortunate to have him as one of their plumbers.

Extremely quick response and service. Requested a quote for installation of a water softener, tech was ready to install same day! However it didn’t fit with my schedule but was able to get first thing in the morning the next day. Would recommend, professional and friendly

We had a drainage pipe overflow in the basement 😒. We called Peterman Brothers and they sent Sal! Thank God they did 🙌🏾 He was super knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate of our situation. 20 mins later and our drainage had been cleared out! I'm so grateful we signed up for a membership too.

Nathan came to my home and worked on the kitchen sink. He was such a wonderful young man . He worked on a plugged kitchen sink and went above and beyond in care and explained everything to me. Nathan is younger and makes Peterman’s better as the upcoming employees. Definitely better than 5 stars
