I like others had some issues with them, but it wasn’t necessarily them. It was the home warranty company they contract with. My main issue was that when I called to make sure the parts were in (supposed to be a Wednesday and I called on Friday to give a bit of a buffer) I was told that I was on the calendar that day. I was baffled as to why I would be scheduled when I haven’t scheduled anything and then there was the answer—the freaking home warranty company (HSA) scheduled the appointment and must have represented to PP that I was good for that particular day and time. So while there are terrible reviews, keep in mind the ire was not (IMO) properly directed at the responsible party—the warranty company. A lot of the times these service providers are constrained by the warranty company who needs to give authority to purchase parts and pay for the house call. If PP did not do so, they risk being uncompensated for parts and labor. No business worth its salt would present itself an unnecessary risk. WIth respect to my visits, Ted was great. Brittany and Chrissy at the office were great to work with. Ted did a bunch of work. He’s a very personable person and he gets the job done. I really liked working with these folks, just not the warranty company. I would take some of these reviews with a grain of salt given the issues were mainly with the warranty companies. No—I was not compensated or incentivized to give the above review, it’s just the right thing to do when this company is taking the brunt of bad reviews because of the action or inaction of these sleazy warranty companies.

I called to discuss possibilities, however, I was transferred to a voicemail in which I left my information to receive a call back. As a result of this I wanted to assure that my message was clear so I call Professional Plumbing back (what a name for a company that seems to not get it) the representative answered the phone and hung up the phone in my ear. I try to work with the company despite the bad reviews. Not only did I ignore the reviews I know & work along side of this company before on a project in which I became pretty good friends with the site supervisor. Not sure what has happen with this company over the past several years but I don't believe they have the correct people representing the company properly.

Not too sure if I should blame my home warranty or this company. Nonetheless, it took 1 month to replace my toilet in the master bathroom. I put the order in for the warranty company, the plumber came took a picture of the crack in the toilet bowl than left, I did not hear of anything for a few days- I called Professional plumbing and said they just got approved to repair the toilet. They did not tell me they had to order one... I waited a couple days, called again and said they put a order in for a 2 piece set. That order took about two weeks, I then had to call to schedule, after a month we finally got a TOILET replaced. I have never left a comment about a company but this is my first because I do not want any others have to go through the same thing my wife and I did. It’s a shame they have to order a basic toilet. Thankfully we had another bathroom to use.
