Rl Plumbing Repairs

I had a water heater replaced about a month ago by Aaron. I called a few other places but due to my water location and such I was getting outrageous quotes. He came out and quoted me something reasonable and would do it with no hassle. After reading the other reviews I went ahead to give it a try. Not sure what these others are going on about but he did a good job. Was professional, and stuck to the quoted price. Got the code inspection letter in the mail a few days later. And the city approved it with no problem.

This company took 3 days to finally get my new water heater they installed to work. The owner Ronald Lachance charged my credit card for an amount I did not agree to, was extremely rude and unprofessional to me and the electrician I had to call in because they didn’t wire it correctly, and to top it off I had to ask about the inspection, Which was not included in the price (that was 220$ over what we agreed on…when asked he said those were his credit card fees). Please. Save yourself a week of nightmare and go with ANYONE ELSE or just deal without hot water. This was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any service I’ve ever needed. If I could do more than write a bad review I would.

Way over priced for the work they do. You will pay by the hour and he works at a snails pace! Have had more efficient plumbers in the past and will be calling them instead moving forward.

This was the worst experience I’ve had with a plumber and I’ve had several run in with plumbers due to remodeling. They charged for an hour (150) service charge (70) they were in my drive way 4pm and then sat there for min 5 min came in spent 7 min in the house (this is not a joke I timed them). when asked why I am being charges 150 for hour of labor their responses were we always chare for a full hour after 10 min. I did point out that it was less than that but he stated he was my house for over 10 min. Utterly ridiculous. Their response when I talked to his " boss” was things have gone up. Also, he told me it took 50 min to drive there and then 50 min back and 20 min to find the part. I’m sorry that’s really terrible business plan and I would strongly recommend that people read these reviews on this company before you call them because I wish I had. Also, for 274$ they did not check for flushing of my water with I found later shoulder have been done (This is was from a DYI U-tube)

This is the most dishonest worker I have ever dealt with. We are remodeling a historic home in La Grange KY. I got this man off home advisor. I told him we have a clogged septic drain, I ask him how much to unclog the drain. He said if he could do it with his rooter tool it would be 250.00 .. He came out with a hand held tool and used it maybe 15 min. and said he couldn't unclog the drain. I said ok how much for a service call? He said 250.00. I told him we would not pay him 260.;00 for nothing but that we would pay a service call. He said ;you have 30 days or I'm taking you to court...DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN HE IS RUDE AND DISHONEST.

This is not a real Plumbing company. This is a one fat man show that cant fix a gas line, sink or anything to have to do with plumbing. I don't know who I need to contact to look into who could take his license because he caused me $8000 because he forgot to seal the pipeline on the outside of my house and I have hardwood floors and my floors buckled because he tries to do everything by himself and has no employees on staff full time.The only reason he had to hire an employee for my job because he weigh 400 pounds and not stand get in my crawl space. He also told me the price would be 800 and after the job was over he called me and told me it was $1300. He is very unprofessional and has no clue what he is doing. How can i get this guy from screwing someone else over?

Was charged more than the quoted price I agreed to. Charged me $150 extra for time they spent on the phone looking for parts. Never heard of such a thing in all my days.

Bathroom pipe burst due to the extreme cold. Plumber came out Christmas Eve day and had it repaired within 2 hours. Prompt, polite, and professional.
