We had a bad garbage disposal in a home we just purchased. It was also backing up water. One plumber came out, said it was rusted beyond repair, wanted an insane amount of money to replace it. Time for another quote. We called Terry Plumbing. They gave us a reasonable quote over the phone. Mr. Terry got here, used an Allen wrench, made a couple turns, pressed a reset button, and suddenly it was working. A couple of glasses of ice later, we had a perfectly functional and draining garbage disposal. While I don't know plumbing, I do a lot about troubleshooting. I very much appreciated the knowledge and experience of plumbing he had to actually come in and troubleshoot the problem and not sell us an unnecessary repair. And I appreciated the fairness in pricing and the honesty to not do the unnecessary repair. Customer for life!

Upon purchasing a new to me home, I had severe issues with sewage smell in the house. They were able to uncover 2 issues and fix them both quickly. Matt and Isaac were amazing! They are friendly, listed to all concerns, talked through all potential issues/solutions. They were very up front and honest. Their pricing is very reasonable for the high quality work that was completed. Another side note, Tiffany their office team member is amazing as well. She was always quick to get me answers (although I felt like I was probably annoying her:) ) Overall, I am super satisfied. I will definitely us moving forward and have already recommended to a family member.
